We finally got to Venus De Milo. I really loved this restaurant. It was the first fine dinning restaurant I've ever been to. And I went there with Keith on our first date. It was weird that he took Ava and I here just to calm us down. He helped me out of the car and we went inside. When we sat at the table we all ordered. Ava and I ordered and she ordered for two while I ordered for 2. Keith might as well have ordered like he was pregnant, he eats like a bear! After we ate our meals we started talking about the next step. Ava ordered desert and Keith just kept looking nervous. He just kept smiling.

"Cara?" He says nervously.

"Yah babe?"

"I love you, with all my heart."

"I love you too? What's going on?" Oh my God. If he breaks up with me! This is the worst time. I look over at Ava and she shrugs but looks scared herself. Then Keith get up and brushes his pants off. He clears his throat loudly and looks behind him. Soon a small orchestra with a violin, viola, and a flute came over to our table. They were playing Pachabells Canon. All of a sudden I look back at Keith and he was on his knee with a small black box in his hand and he was smiling. Oh my God. This is not happening! I would think that he dropped something on the floor if there wasn't a freakin orchestra at my table. Ava was smiling with tears in her eyes and stopped eating completely. She nudged her head towards Keith and I looked back at him.

"Cara, I've been waiting my entire life to ask you this."

"Keith, are you doing what I think you're doing?" He nodded and smiled sweetly. I felt my eyes water. I can't believe this was happening. Almost 18 and pregnant and my boyfriend was asking me to marry him. It was the most beautiful date I've ever experienced.

"Cara, you are the best thing that's ever happened to me. You and this baby are making my life complete. But what would make my life even more complete is if you were my wife. If you were by my side for the rest of my life I would truly be a happy man. Cara Lynn Mason, would you,-" I don't think I've ever felt so happy in my life.

"Yes! I will, I do Keith. Yes I'll be your wife!" He opened the small box in his hand and to my suprise there was a small dellicate gold banded ring inside. He took it out and placed it on my left ring finger. I got up and he stood and kissed me. Everyone in the restaurant clapped and cheered. I didn't even feel like anyone was there while I kissed him. It was the most romantic moment ever. I was crying so many tears of joy I could have exploded.

Now in the movies and on television, after the proposal, the screen goes black and life jumps to three years later. I was still there and happier than ever. We sat back down and I just couldn't stop staring at him. To me it was like he was the most handsome, most perfect man in the world. His face got serious then though.

"Cara, now that we're engaged, I have some ideas." I smiled and took his hand.

"Go on."

"I want to move out of my parents house. I already searched some places in Laguna Beach that we could check out. There are two that I like, I figured you would want a second opinion. They both have three bedrooms, you and I can share the master bedroom, the baby could have one of the other two, and Ava could crash at our place until she gets a job and finds a place." I thought about all this. It was a wonderful idea! I wouldn't have to move to Arizona with my family and Ava would have a place to stay and we'd still be close. I smiled at him and said, "When did you do all this?"

"While you and Ava were at her house thinking of ways to tell her mother she was pregnant." I smiled again.

"Keith, this is genius! That's the best thing I've heard all week! But are you okay with that Cara?" Ava says.

"Of course I'm okay with this! We'd raise our kids together, just like we'd dream about for years. And if anyone needs anything we're just a door down. Keith, this is amazing. I'm just so happy right now. This is what I always wanted. Maybe not to be a teen mom, but to be married to you and living with my best friend." He kissed me and said that we should go home. He wanted to show Ava and I the two houses the next day. That was the best day of my life. Yah it started off rocky, but it ended magically.
