Chapter 18
Keith
Best. Day. Ever! Everything went perfectly. Cara Mason is my fiance'. The love of my life. Wow. Cara slept over that night. Ava slept in the guest room. It was funny because Cara wanted something like a pre-honeymoon. She desperately wanted to have sex with me. I didn't not want to, but I just didn't want to risk anything. She was telling me her hormones were carazy and she wanted me so bad. It was so hot! I wanted her too. But we were having twins and I really didn't want the babies to have and defects or anything. She got mad and thought that I didn't want to have sex with her because she was fat.
"Baby, you're not fat. You're beautiful. You're gorgeous." I smiled sweetly at her and she pouted. I laughed.
"Keith. I never ask you for anything! Just give me this, please?"
"No Cara, aren't you worried about the babies' health? Aren't you worried that there could be something wrong with the kids?"
"No! I'm just worried that you don't want to be with me because I'm huge. I'm just worried that you wont want me anymore because I have a baby inside of me." She got up, went into the bathroom and slammed the door. I sighed. What am I going to do with her. She soon comes back out with an appologetic look on her face. I smile and usher her to come sit on my lap.
"I'm sorry baby, let's just forget that happened okay?" She says. I smiled and nodded. She walked over to my closet and got one of my t-shirts to put on. She told her mom everything about the dinner, including how she wasn't going back home. She would go there only to get her things and then to say goodbye to her family. Apparently Chris told Rebecka and Rebecka told Cara the real reason her family was moving, and she was furious. So she quickly took off her clothes and put my t-shirt on, which was huge for her when she was less pregnant, but because of the twins, it was just big. She got into bed and cuddled next to me.
"Did you talk to your mom?" She asks. She lays her head on my chest and smiles.
"Yah, I told her about your families move, the engagement, our move, and Ava staying with us. She's okay with you two staying here."
"Great. In the morning, before we leave, we have to stop by my DAD's house to get some more of my things."
"That's fine. Can we go to bed now? I'm tired." She playfully hits me and smiles.
"No! We need to get everything all planned out before we go to bed." She whines.
"Why?" I whine back in a more mocking tone.
"Look, we need to figure out school, the house, the baby shower, the wedding, the move to our house, and Ava's clothes getting to our house. We got to figure some suff out Keith. We can't just sit around and expect things to just come to-,"
"Alright, I get it. What first?"
"Well, school starts in 3 week. The baby is due in February and even after they're are born we still have to finish school. And what about college?"
"Well, school will be fine. Yeah, you'll look very pregnant, but when the baby comes, It'll just come, and we'll talk to the guidance counselor and see what we can do after they come. Maybe some extra credit or some home tutoring. And as for college. I don't know."
"Well, you have all these shcolarships for football and stuff, you can't just turn them down Keith."
"I'll figure it out." I grumble. I didn't want to talk about college. It was the only thing that was making me reluctant about being a teen father. I really wanted to go pro but, I can't, I'm having twins.
"Okay, well, the wedding."
"We have to talk about that now?"
"Yes Keith! You asked me to marry you ya know. I think at some point your going to have to marry me!" She says have to like I HAVE to. That's funny. I was thinking like AFTER the baby comes, when she was skinnier. But I'm not gonna say that with all her hormones racing and stuff.
"Fine, moving on. Baby shower."
"I'm not in charge of the baby shower, you and whoever girls are."
"Well yeah but we need money."
"So your asking me for money? You get free stuff anyway. And isn't a friend supposed to throw that."
"You're right." She says. I know I am! She's asking me for money. I hope this doesn't become a habbit.
"The house?"
"We're going tomorrow!"
"Alright!"
"Can we go to bed please? We have to get up early. It's 3:45." I say.
"Fine, goodnight." She turns off the light and goes to bed.
