Grey and I walked into the dance feeling confident and proud to be with each other. I was so happy that we had expressed our love for one another and I felt closer to him than ever. I just knew he was the one that I had always dreamed about.

It was great talking to everyone, and we all had a blast with each other. Then, a slow song arose in the air, and I knew I had to ask Grey to dance. He had been postponing it all night, but I was not going to let him off the hook.

"Let's dance," I said to Grey.

"I don't know, P, I can't really dance that well," Greyson said.

"Come on please, I'll teach you," I pleaded.

"Peyton, I don't think so, my ankle" he replied.

"Are you scared Grey, the boot is not an excuse," I sassed.

"Fine, let's go," he replied with a smiled. I took his hand and he led me to the back corner of the gym, I think to keep him from embarrassing himself. He twirled me into his arms. I placed my arms around his neck and protectively had his around my back.

"See, this isn't so bad," I expressed. Then, I felt his boot step on my toe and I flinched.

"Oh sorry," he said, laughing.

"I guess I spoke too soon," I said with a chuckle. Then there were a couple of moments of silence. But not in an awkward way, just like looking at each other and feeling the love. I saw his love for me in his eyes.

"I love you, Peyton," he said. I smiled at him.

"I love you too Greyson. So much," I replied.

All of a sudden, the music turned off, and I heard the doors fly open. Tons of armed SWAT men raided the room.

"Everybody on the ground! Where is Peyton Emerson?" one of the SWAT members screamed. What? Did Matt tell? Without thinking, Grey grabbed my hand and ran with me out of the gym.

"Hey, stop!" someone yelled at us, but we kept running.

"Just keep running Peyton, I will get you out of this," Grey commanded. I had never been so scared in my entire life. A mixture of fear and adrenaline allowed me to keep up with Grey, who I knew was leading me to his car. I heard heavy footsteps behind us.

"Stop!" a voice yelled behind me. The footsteps grew louder and louder until an icy hand grasped my arm.

"No!" I screamed. I felt Grey yank me harder and he threw me into his arms.

"Last warning!" the voice yelled, but Grey and I were already in his car. He started it up quickly, even though I was still on his lap. I jumped into the passenger's seat. He sped out of the parking lot.

"Oh my god, I can't believe Matt told!" I cried. Tears started to go down my cheeks.

"I've got you P, it's going to be okay," Grey said, but I knew he could not keep his word. The FBI would not stop looking until they found me.

"Where are we going to go?" I asked, still freaking out.

"My parents have a cabin a couple hours from here, we can stay there until we know it's safe to come back," Greyson explained.

"Grey, you need to turn yourself in, the last thing you need is me holding you back from all the incredible things you have at stake," I explained.

"Peyton, I am not going to leave you," he said firmly.

"Grey, if you think about it, them catching you would give me some time to get out of here," I said.

"Peyton, others would still follow you. I am staying with you," Greyson insisted.

"Grey, you're putting yourself at risk, please," I pleaded.

"Peyton! I am staying with you!" Greyson demanded. I shook my head. I heard a helicopter in the distance. I turned around to see that the helicopter was following us, along with a couple of police cars.

"Oh my god, Grey," I whispered.

"We have to get out of her," I heard him say to himself.

"Grey, you are going to get arrested," I said, frustrated.

"I know," he whispered.

"You need to get out of this, please for me, let me take the wheel," I said nervously.

"Peyton," Grey started to say, but then a police car swung out in front of us. Greyson slammed on the brakes.

"Get out of the car!" someone yelled.

"Peyton come out this side with me, I will not let them take you without me too," Grey whispered. I jumped onto his lap and we walked out of the car, one of his arms was around me and the other one was in my hand. There was an array of men with guns pointed at us. One member of SWAT walked up to me. He was tall with dark brown hair.

"Peyton Emerson," he said I went closer into Greyson, even though I knew he could not save me from this. "We are not going to hurt you, we do not want to have to do this the hard way."

"Liar," I said softly. Greyson pulled me in tighter.

"This is all up to you. Easy way or the hard way?"

"Look, she has not done anything wrong. Please just let her go," Greyson pleaded.

"We can't, let's go," the SWAT member instructed. Fear flooded my body. Greyson pulled me in tighter. Other SWAT officers came over and peeled Greyson off of me, but he fought it. Icy hands grabbed me, but I fought to try and get away.

"Let her go!" Greyson screamed. I fought and fought, and then I felt the prick of a needle in my back. And everything went pitch black.
