The weekend seemed to fly by. I was busy with homework and worrying about Greyson. Shopping for a homecoming dress and worrying about Greyson. Mandatory cheer practice and worrying about Greyson. His injury worried me a lot, especially since it was a head injury. I knew he was strong though and that he would be fine.

On Monday morning, I walked into the school with my friends, and we were all excited for homecoming week. The spirit day for today was white out. I had worn a bright white loose shirt and light blue jeans, along with my white Vans. I topped off the look by pulling my hair back with a white scrunchie. The entire school went all out, wearing white shirts, pants, socks, hats, shoes, and everything. Erin and I then walked to our lockers.

"Have you seen Greyson since Friday?" Erin asked.

"No, his parents wanted him to just rest, especially if he wants to play in two weeks," I explained. She nodded, understanding. I felt my phone buzz from my pocket. I reached for it, then saw it was a text from Greyson. Hey, come meet by the A-wing entrance. Bring Erin. Grey.

"Greyson wants me to meet him by the A-wing entrance, and to bring you," I told Erin. She was

"That's strange," she said. I shrugged and we walked down to the A-wing. As we reached the doors, I noticed white balloons were everywhere. Then I saw Sawyer dressed as a giant snowman with Greyson, on his crutches, holding a big confetti cannon. Sawyer had a sign that said, ERIN, DANCING WITH ANYONE ELSE WOULD BE SNOW FUN, HOCO? Then, Greyson pulled the string to the confetti and little snowflakes flew everywhere. Erin excitedly ran into Sawyer's arms, pepping the word yes over and over. I smiled at her. This was adorable. She continued o bear hug Sawyer, and I went over to Greyson. I kissed his cheek, and he tried his best to put his arm around me.

"That was cute," I whispered.

"Yeah, Sawyer and I knew Erin would like it," Greyson replied.

"Not as cute as mine was though," I whispered in his ear. He laughed softly.

"You like the outfit for today?" he asked me. His shirt was white and his jeans were light blue, and we surprisingly looked a lot alike. He was even sporting his white Vans too.

"Oh my god, we're one of those couples?" I asked with a laugh.

"Unintentionally," Grey replied and I laughed.

"All you need is a scrunchie," I replied with a laugh.

"Can I borrow it?" he asked jokingly.

"I don't think so, sassy," I replied and we both laughed. Being with Greyson felt good. His sense of humor made me feel better about his condition, though the crutches made it seem worse.

The next couple days flew by, and homecoming week continually got better. On Thursday, Grey had gone to the doctor and said he was healing beautifully. Sadly, he could not play his homecoming football game. But, at least he would be off of his crutches by then.
