"I'm going to kill those two" Shiro muttered as he looked out of the command room window. They had shut off the ability for their pod to be tracked and made it impossible for even Pidge to find them.
"Shiro, go to bed. They'll be ok, they are the strongest people on the ship" Allura said as she walked in the room. "You know that isn't what I'm worried about. They both have a history with Zarkon, and neither have told any of us about all of it." Shiro said angrily.
"I understand your concern, but trust them. Their pasts are dark and hard for them to think of. We don't ask you to tell us about your time in captivity, why should we force them?" Allura reasoned.
"We shouldn't" Shiro said quietly. "Exactly! Now off to bed, I'll contact them in 2 days if they aren't back." Allura assured them as she shoved him to his room.

"Are you feeling better?" Y/N asked her friend who had just opened his eyes. "Yeah, are we close?" He responded as he woke up more. Y/N nodded and pointed dead ahead, the small planet was in their view.
"How long was I out?" Lotor asked her as he sat in the co pilot seat. "2 days, you had a lot of injuries" Y/N responded as she played with her young daughter. "Goodness I might as well die at this point. I told Shiro that we'd be back in a day, not a week" Lotor muttered.
"Too bad, he'll probably just sigh and give you the disappointed dad look" Y/N supposed, as she put her daughter to sleep. "You ready?" He asked, "Yes"

"Why should we follow some half breed?" Y/N could hear someone in the crowd of commanders say. "Our prince has managed to convince a paladin of voltron the power of the Empire. I can persuade my team mates of the Empire's ability as easily as I can force you to bow" Y/N said loudly as the commander fell to his knees and bowed to the duo.

"That's Zarkon's mask...he's dead!?" Allura shouted loudly. "Yes, I killed him" Lotor responded, clearly in pain. "What is going on? Lotor you said that you would explain when you got back." Shiro spoke, giving the duo
