20. Band Practise

Beth's POV

Niall had told me that today they would be out all day practising for their next concert, which sounded like a bad thing, until he said that we could all go and watch. I was so excited to go, since really it would be like going to the concert for a second time, minus the screaming, hormonal girls. Should be good fun.

I had dressed casually today, going for the standard jeans and loose T-shirt that seemed to suit me well, as well as being really comfy. Niall seemed to like it to so, win win. They were performing at Wembley again, so I should make a point to run around the arena like an idiot, cos I know Tamsin certainly will.

After I had put on some light makeup, I joined the others in the living room. Josie and Zayn seemed to be happy together again, with her lying her head across his lap as he scrolled through his phone. Liam was doing the same, and Louis kept poking Tamsin from behind the sofa she was sat on.

"Boop." He said, ducking behind the sofa again, "Boop. Boop."

"I swear to god, Louis." She laughed, "I will actually punch you in the face."

"But you wouldn't," He smirked, "You know you could bring yourself to punch his gorgeous face."

"Oh, believe me. I would." She scoffed.

"I would." I sang, as I sat down next to Niall, who placed his phone down when he saw me.

"Don't you start." Josie laughed.

"Would he say he's in L-O-V-E?" Nialll joined in, "Well if it was me, than I would, I would."

"Anyway!" I said, "Save your voice for later." I patted him on the head mockingly.

"Anything for my princess." He smiled, lifting my hand to his mouth band kissing it.

"Enough of this yucky stuff." Tamsin said, "Shall we go?"

"Where's your boyfriend?" Josie grinned,

"If you mean Harry, he's in the car." She said, blushing slightly, "Let's go."

Even though the concert wasn't for another 12 hours, there were still fans waiting around the front of the arena, all wearing all of the 1D merch they could possibly get their hands on. We drove around the back, so we didn't get spotted by the seemingly rabid fans, and quickly hopped out of Harry's car and went inside.

The boys lead us back to the same dressing room we had been in the first time we had met them, bringing back the incredible memories of that night, which made me have to try hard not to fangirl all over again. I jumped onto the main seat in the middle, just about beating Louis to it.

"Oi! I was gonna sit there!" He whined,

"Hence why I sat here first." I smiled innocently.

"We're going to need to get going to the stage soon anyway, it's almost our time." Liam said seriously, consulting his watch.

I turned around just in time to see Niall take his shirt off and get changed into a new one. Perfect timing for me there.

"Alright there, Beth?" Niall smirked when he realised I was staring at him.

"Certainly." I answered simply.

He laughed and went back to changing his jeans. I turned back around to catch Tamsin staring at Harry as he changed, and she wasn't looking at his chest. If you know what I mean.

"Tamsin!" I snapped my fingers loudly to catch her attention.

Her head shot up to look in my direction, before she turned a dark shade of crimson in embarressment.

"It's not like you weren't looking either, Bethany." She sat back in her chair and crossed her arms.

"Well at least I stayed in the upper portion."

Josie burst out laughed, clutching her stomach from laughing too hard.

"Well we should get going." Louis said, walking out from around the corner in black jeans, white shirt and denim jacket.

"Alright then," Niall said, moving towards the door, but not before kissing me on the forehead, "You girls can come out to watch when you want."

"Alright, cool." Tamsin smiled.

The boys filed out, closing the door to leave us completely silent.

"So..." Josie started, "How's it going?"

"Gooood..." I replied,

"Mhm." Tamsin said, "But seriously though, who would've thought that in this short space of time that we would go from fangirls to official girlfriends of One Direction?"

"I know, it's mental." I breathed.

We all turned when we heard a knock at the door. Who could it be? The boys were performing, weren't they?

"Come in?" Josie said, ratherly questioningly.

The door opened to reveal none other than, Luke. Luke. Friggin. Hemmings.

"Hey boys I just wanted to-" He started before he looked up, looking between all of us. "Ok. You're not One Direction."

"Wow! How did you guess?" Josie laughed,

"My amazing intuition." He laughed, "Where are they?"

"Performing." I said, "Actually we were just about to go out there."

"Mind if I come with you?" He asked,

"No, not at all." Tamsin said, grinning madly.

"Alright then, thanks." He smiled, holding the door as we all got up to leave.

We came into the main part of the arena, only to find the rest of 5 Seconds of Summer were jamming out to Midnight Memories.

"Why didn't you guys tell me you were coming out here?" He laughed, running over and joining in with the rest of them.

I can't believe it. Now I know One Direction, AND 5 Seconds of Summer. It just gets better and better. Josie must have been thinking the same thing, since instead of dancing along she was just staring at them.

We were stood in the same places alongside the stage that we were on that night, I mean, why not? Niall came over just like he had last time, high-fiving us again. I laughed as he winked when he past.

When they had finished the song, Niall came over and sat cross-legged in front of us.

"Just like before, huh?" He smiled,

"Yeah, except without all the sweaty, biting girls." I said, which made him laugh.

"Hey guys!" I heard a voice from behind me, and recognised it as Ashton's. I turned around and smiled when I saw him approaching us.

"We're going for lunch after practise if you want to join us? We'd love to meet your new girlfriends."

"Yeah sounds fun." Niall answered, "What'd ya think, princess?"

"Yeah, ok." I grinned, "But who said we were together?"

Ashton pointed a finger over at Harry, who simply shrugged laughing as he turned around to get a drink of water.

These boys.
