Xavier's POV
Squeals.
That's what I heard in the backseat of my car as Heaven and Alia pulled out their Barbies and began playing with them.
I was already annoyed. But it also made me happy to see Heaven and Alia.
I wondered how Diva would get along with them.
An hour passed and I helped them out of the car at my house. My hands were slightly sweaty but I was fine.
When I walked in, Diva smiled, an awkward one. She had four cupcakes on the table and her hair was pulled into a ponytail.
She looked as good as someone in a weird situation would look. Damn, she was actually taking this well, bringing cupcakes.
Heaven moved closer to me and clutched my leg nervously. "Who is she?" She asked in her cute squeaky voice. I chuckled.
"A lady-friend. Her name is Diva."

Diva's POV
What in the living hell?
"Lady-friend"?
I knew that Xavier and I weren't a couple but my heart dropped a little when he said that.
This hunk of chocolate and muscle was rejecting me, at the very least.
I tried not thinking about it. This was his niece. But...who was this other girl?
"What's your names?" I asked the both of them politely. "I'm Heaven." Heaven had two pigtails in her hair and beautiful eyes. Her skin was the color of cream. She looked exotic. Maybe her mom was white.
"I'm Alia." Alia had a missing tooth and dark chocolate skin. She was pretty too, with a hint of sass.
After showing them their room and hearing a bunch of squeals, Xavier met up with me in the kitchen.
"I thought there was one." I muttered. I wasn't mad, just confused.
"Yeah, I know. Heaven is...my daughter."
This nigga had baggage?
I should know; my ex was a drug lord all over this state and spreading throughout the country.
And shit, I was about to have my own child until the miscarriage which tore me apart.
"Oh" was all I could manage. Xavier nodded. Okay.
