CHAPTER 18

CLAUDIA'S POV

"This is the perfect dog for us" I said pointing at the furry white puppy.

"Great! What do you want to name her?" Julia asked while Joshua was just standing eating his burger.

"Barbie" I said carrying her. "Look how cute is she?" I showed Joshua. Well, he did not even care. "Yeah great" thats what he said.

Surprisingly Barbie liked Joshua more than I do. She keep following joshua. She was so comfortable with him.
"Hey, how dare you? That is my burger" Joshua said when Barbie ate his burger.

"I don't like this dog" Joshua said while pushing away barbie from him. " She is too clingy just like you Claudia"

"He is perfect for us, stop complaining" I was about to leave and fill the form when

"OMG CLAUDIA!!!" Joshua yell at me because Barbie was peeing on his shoe.

He left and I felt bad. That was his favorite shoe! I guess I can't adopt you yet Barbie. I sighed and wait for Julia. She went to pee too. She came back and I told her everything that happened. She was not helping at all. She was literally laughing.

JOSHUA'S POV

"Gosh, my shoe!! Damn it!" I said when I enter the car. It smells so bad.

"Hahaha, Look at your face" Julia couldn't stop laughing and its pissing me off.

"Shut it Julia!!" I shouted at her

"okay" she tried to stop her laughter but ended up laughing harder.

Claudia on the other hand was just sitting quietly beside me. She didn't even laugh along with Julia. I know she was mad at me for not taking barbie home but that damn dog just peed on my favourite crocodile shoe. No way I am getting that dog.

"Ohh okayy. I'll stop laughing." Julia said while inhaling.

"So you guys are not gonna adopt barbie?" Julia asked

I wanted to say no but ofcourse my heart says "yes we gonna adopt Barbie"

Claudia instantly looked at me and said "for real?"

"Yeah but not now, I am having a bad day you see" I said pointing at my shoe.

"Okay I can wait" she was all smiling ears to ears.

CLAUDIA'S POV

Joshua and julia left me home to went work. Julia has another photoshoot. I went inside the house, Sighed the thought of not doing anything at home. This is so frustating.

I decided to clean Julia and Joshua's room when someone ring the door bell.

I quickly ran down, I thought it might be Julia but turns out its the cruella de vil, Charmaine.

"Hi there, where is my love? Joshua." She said while raising her left eyebrow

"He is at work, what do yoou want" I said rolling my eyes.

"I came here to get my stuff, my clothes, pictures, gifts that joshua gave me, jewelrys and the bags that joshua bought me, gosh I love those stuff" she said while walking inside the penthouse.

I never knew Charmaine stayed with him here and I have never seen her stuff too. She went to the store room to check her stuff. I know there was nothing since I was the one who cleaned there.

She was walking to the room and slightly pulled a book out from the shelf. I was confused at first but then the book shelf turns out to be a door and it opened.
