     I ran until the water was as high as my knees.

     I was laughing like an idiot as I looked down to see my toes touching the sand. It felt so unreal that I thought I was just dreaming.

     "You seem like you're enjoying it," Damien says while walking towards me.

      I brightly smiled and looked up at him, "It's amazing!"

     "Why don't you go further?" he asked.

     I shake my head and simply answered him, "I can't swim."

     Damien stares at me for a couple of seconds before finally bursting out a laugh, "A man who is obsessed with beaches...can't even swim," he tells me, making me look at him angrily.

     "I told you I haven't swam in the ocean before!" I shouted at him.

     "I know, I know," he says.

     Damien finally stopped laughing.

     He puts out some things from inside his pockets. Then he takes off his shirt and uses it to cover the rest of his things before stepping into the water.

     With a wide smile on his face, he walks closer to me and shows me his back.

     "Hop on," he says.

     I smiled like a kid and quickly draped my arms around his neck and got on his back.

     When I was secured, he starts walking further.

     "Was this what you expected?" he asked.

    I rest my chin on his shoulder and answered, "It's even better than I imagined."

     "Well then I'm glad we got to be in the hotel where there's a beach," Damien tells me. Then he continues, "Seeing you happy is the best thing I could ever hope for."

     "You always say the sweetest things," I tell him.

     Damien chuckled and answered back, "That's because you give me the best reactions when I do so."

     I was about to answer him when Damien suddenly stopped.

     He removes my hand around his neck, immediately making me fall off him.

     The water was so deep that when I touched the ground, my head was a few inches further away from the top.

     I was about to panic but Damien immediately grabbed my arm and pulled me up.

     Damien was taller than me so the water was only as high as his neck.

     I quickly inhaled and draped my arms around his neck again, but facing him this time. Damien chuckles and hugs me by the waist.

     "Why did you suddenly drop me!?" I angrily shouted at him.

     Damien laughed again and quickly gave me a kiss, "Well I was able to catch you didn't I?"

     "My feet touched the ground you idiot! You didn't catch me! You pulled me up!" I shouted again, making Damien laugh even more.

     "You are such a 10-year-old sometimes Dane," he teasingly tells me.

    I don't say anything anymore, and I guess Damien noticed that I was a little pissed now, so he moves closer to me until his hard chest touched mine.

     To ease my temper, Damien kisses me.

     When I finally relaxed a little, Damien kissed me again, but deeper this time.
