Nowhere

----------------•I•----------------

"Don't.....move,"

Looking beside me, I found the twins both in a statue-like frozen state.

"It can't see us if we don't.... move...."

"Umm...Ashton, this a Demon not a dinosaur."

"For god's sake woman, just shut up and don't.....move" He whisper-yelled.

The she-devil in front of us stopped crying, nevertheless her face was still tear-stained. I wanted to go  check up on her, know why she was crying, but if I did so I would have confirmed losing my sanity.

All my life I thought that demons were heartless, cold-hearted, merciless creatures. So far I've encountered -- beside the nightmares--  two: one of them helped me survive and the other is recently crying in front of my eyes.

With no second thoughts, I took a step forward, towards the sobbing demon. If it wasn't for the twins seeing her as well, I would've thought it's my imagination playing tricks on me. But much to our three's dismay, the weeping devil was pretty much here and...well, real.

"Allie, what on Tophet do you think you're doing!" Ashton hissed from behind me, "I said don't move, Allie Hun, she can kill you in a heartbeat, now get back here."

Completely ignoring my dear friend, I took a couple more steps towards her. Until they tugged me back, that is.

"Allie this is no time for Bravery-play, It's deemed to kill you - kill us.." Ashley said.

"It's a 'she' Ashley not an 'It', plus she is crying! just let me go see her." I yanked away from their vice grip.

One steps ahead.

"what! no!"

two steps back,

"Ashton, let me go!"

two steps ahead,

"Not happening,"

three steps back,

"C'mon guys, I never pictured the Ashmans as people of cowardice,"

"UNLESS," Ashton stated from behind me gritting his teeth, "it's a life or death situation."

"For heavens sake, she is not gonna harm us, lets just go and check her out. I mean, she's crying for crying out loud." I said.

I glanced at the devil in front of me, and she was watching us with wide-eyes. Likewise, devil, likewise.

Well....at least she ain't crying anymore.

"Hi!" I said at her way, I took a step infront, she took a step back.

Alert! Alert! wrong move.

"Wha-what are you?" she muttered feebly. Me, not sure if she's actually asking or talking to herself, confidentially took another step her way. When she took another step back I started to really contemplate whether she is Indeed a devil, or not.

"Should we answer that? Is that like a rhetorical question or what? I don't know." Ashton asked his sister. "Oh my, she really doesn't know, does she?"

"Is she scared from us?" Ashley asked whilst her brother snorted. "why is she scared from us, doesn't she know that angels are harmless as an.....angel."
