"Why are we here again?" I asked for the umpteenth time now.
"Either here or in the Angelina underground arcane prison." My sister answered, snorting.
"Why does this rock look different from the others?" She asked. I shrugged, I couldn't see a difference.
"No that's your brain playing mind games with you, it's completely the same as the rest surrounding it." I replied nonchalantly.
"Well, it's calling me so whatever!" She walked over to the rock and sat by it, slipping down on the ground, I went and followed suit, sitting beside her.
"Man I never thought I'll ever see an Angel in his wrath," she started, "I mean, we live in Demonia, other than wrath, there ain't no other feeling I'm supposed to be used to." She paused looking at the skies above us, it was still daytime, "The King was such a chill man, so kind....." she trailed off, "that when he got anxious it really affected me." She looked at me, I met her gaze and smiled at her. Quite the adventure we got ourselves into.
"It's probably because the 'wrath' was mostly directed to me and you, Dora." I looked at her while she shrugged.
"I can't believe we forgot to mention this Alex dude to Allie before we talked to the King." she shook her head.
"I didn't see it coming, and neither did you," I wrapped my arms around her shoulders, playing with her hair a little, she pushed me as I chuckled. "Filth happens Dora, don't worry we'll find her." I knew she was worried about her lost friend, I was too, but I would never admit it.
She nodded, we stayed silent for a while, I thought about what happened back in the castle and I got to say, I was really agitated.
After the two Twins crashed into the room we were in, with the rumor that Allie went missing, hell started to get loose, the message the twins held was then followed by a letter brought by a messenger Demon -- Don -- from my father, after the king read the letter he started accusing me and Dora of being a 'distraction' so my father can capture Allie easily.
I couldn't blame him though, After all we are the Devil's prince and princess, Who would ever think that a normal teenage boy in Angelina would kidnap her instead of us, anyways? Not me.
After some howling I grabbed Dora by the arm and dragged her out, we went straight to the roof to fly out to Demonia -- or so I thought. In the middle of Nowhere, Dora told me to land here.
I was like here where? But her glare gave me the command to oblige, she is my baby sister after all.
And here we are in Nowhere --- in the middle of nowhere. Literally.
"This really is Decklan's handwriting." She said snapping me out of my trance.
I looked at her, confused. She handed me something she was holding in her hand, I looked at the paper that is now in my hand and sure enough, It is Decklan's handwriting.
"When did you take this?" I asked her, it was the paper that drove the king crazy, the paper that the twins found in Alex's house. Post the letter from my father's personal messenger. It drove him even crazier, but he didn't mention what was in the second letter.
"While you were grabbing me out, I snatched it from the King's desk before he can notice." she said, I nodded at her. I looked down to read it.
