•Angelina•———————•I•———————
I have known the twins for -- you could say -- my whole life.
Ever since the first day in kindergarten where I first met them. There they were-- two twins standing at the middle of the playground fighting about anything or everything-- I immediately hated them. Even though I didn't know them.
it's not usual for angels to be judgmental at all, you know. But something about them made me feel off......it made me feel pissed; for some odd reason.
maybe it was the fact that they were always together. Therefore, there for each other at all times, and all I had was an three -years- older brother that hated my guts more than anything. well..... it wasn't really hate but that was the expression you got as a kid when someone didn't wanna play with you.
Can you blame me?
As I said they were always together, but they didn't really have friends much. But hey, at least they got each other, I would always think. Not that they were hated or anything, angels don't usually do that.
So to sum it up: Ashton and Ashley were never the social type, even as little kids.
So one day in 1st grade, while I was sitting alone at the little white lunch table at the school cafeteria, eating my little vanilla cupcake, I heard someone speak from behind me, I looked up to see the owner of the voice.
"Hey, can we sit here?"
I turned around to face the owner of that voice, and found two short blonde angels with bright blue eyes, a small nose ( the boy had his broken, and it was bandaged) with the school's white uniform, looking at me each with a smile on each of their faces.
The twins.
"Yeah sure." I copied their expressions -- or at least I tried -- and made room for them, since I was sitting in the middle of the bench, a lone.
The girl sat beside me while the boy jumped and settled on the other side of the booth.
"So," the little guy started, "Why are you sitting all alone?" He asked.
"My friend, Audrey, is absent today," I said but it didn't sound so clear since I was still munching on my sweet cupcake. "Annie and Aspen are with the teacher so they could not make it here either." I wiped my mouth, and pushed the remaining of the cupcake aside, ill finish it when these kids leave me alone. If they ever do, I thought.
What I didn't expect was the girl beside me to push her hands further and grab my cupcake. what!
"If you touch it, you're dead." I deadpanned. Which wasn't much seeing that I was pretty much a child. you just don't mess with my food.
"I thought you weren't gonna-- hmm sorry." she sighed, throwing her head down, looking at her shoes. I think I even saw the verge of tears at the rim of her eyes.
I felt bad for her, even though she was just about to steal my cupcake. MY. So I tried to fix it.
"Nah, no problem, you can have it if you want. I'm done eating anyways." Even though as a little kid sharing your sweets with other people was something big. But I felt bad for her. "- my name is Allie by the way." I said out of common courtesy.
I held out my little hands for her, and she wrapped her mini fingers around mine while putting on a smile.
"Ashley." She said back, we both grinned.
