At the thirty-minute mark, Jessie's arm and hand holding the chain began to get slightly wobbly. It's not easy to keep completely still; every muscle screamed for her to move.

"TIME," Jake yelled.

She moved back a step.  Jessie dropped the chain and wiggled her arms to try to get them to relax. She stretched her waist bending to the left and right which also loosened her abs.  Since she was standing, her feet hurt and she hoped the next position would be off them.

Derek immediately started fiddling with his bindings. They fell away. He then went to the collar that was attached to the burlap bag over his head.

"Hey. Do you mind getting this?" His deep gravelly voice groaned in frustration as his big fingers fumbled with the tiny hook.

"Umm. Sure." Jessed bent over to see the latch. Causing a flurry of pencils behind her. She was easily able to unlatch and Derek unsnapped the bag from the collar. He whipped the sack off his face while she was still near his face as she was reaching down to pick back up the chain.

They both froze. She never thought she would see his cocky ass ever again.

Derek's hickory colored eyes widened in shock probably mirroring her own. His jaw tightened. "You-" His voice in a semi-question.

"30 minutes. BEGIN." Jake said gleefully as if he knew their reaction.

"Imma kill you, bro." He turned to glare at his friend.

"Uh huh. Look back at her beautiful face. This is beautiful art. Her ivory skin. Your dark chocolate skin, brotha. I want to eat you both." Jake said.

"Eww, bro. No."

"It's fate!" Jake added.

"Wait. You know this Adonis, Jessie? Are you holding out on me?" Mel asked.

Jessie immediately shook her head still processing everything. Oh my gosh, she looked down and realized, she can see his package. She tried to look away. Mel grabbed Beck and he was nodding to her.

"No fair Mel. I don't trust your lyin' ass." Jessie glared at her friend.

"Put your head down keep looking at his eyes..." Beck stated. "Or his packaged gift, both equally delightful scenes."

"Sorry," Jessie uttered, her long brown hair fell across her face as she got back to position. Beck positioned her face near Derek's as it was previously.

"Did she say your name is Jess?" He asked curiosity in his eyes his breath sweet like he just an entire tree of cherries.

"Jessie." She blew at the strand that was bugging her. He reached up to brush the hair behind her ear.

"Hold that Derek," Jake said. He froze. Jessie conscious of her breath. She used mouthwash this morning, but she had a smoothie in the car. She tried not to groan.

"You okay?" He asked quietly.

She nodded.

"I'm sorry about last night if I upset you or hurt you." Apparently, his voice traveled because she heard Mel aww.

"It wasn't you that hurt me."

"You shouldn't be talking," A student uttered.

"Mind your work, Travis. You are being honored to see this living art. Respect it as such or leave." Jake stated plainly. He walked over to Travis' easel. "Look at their eyes. They are telling a story and you are getting distracted by the voices. Let their eyes speak to you. People lie. Their eyes don't.
