Y/N POV 

I stood near the wall waiting around with a drink in hand. Why did I come to this party again? I think to myself as I sigh. Because (Y/F/N) told you it would be fun. Well it wasn't. I took a sip from my drink and leaned against the wall. I take out my phone prepared to call an uber to get home when suddenly I hear gasps and yells coming from the entrance. I jerk my head up words to hear a voice yelling my name. 

"I know you stole it (Y/N)!! You better Goddamn give it back!!" The yelling voice called out to me. I see a few people abruptly stare at me as I bite my lip. 

"What the hell? I didn't steal anything," I mutter to myself as the voice continues to yell. 

"(Y/N) (L/N)!! You little thief!! I know you've here!!! I know that you stole it!!" The voice yells as it gets louder. Wait it can't be. Can it? I scan around for the yelling voice and see him. Him. What the hell is he doing he yelling my name? 

"Alex? What the F**k?" I curse under my breath. Alex glances around the room until his eyes stopped on mine. He glared menacingly at me. He storms closer to me until my back was against the wall. My hands were slammed up against the wall as he growled at me. I see three men in police clothing with hats and sunglasses on walk into the room and walk up closer to us. I looked up at Alex with confusion in my eyes as well as rage. 

"Hamilton. What the hell is going on," I snapped at him. He snarled before snapping. He pointed at the three men then at me. 

"It was her. (Y/N) (L/N). She stole it," he told the men. The tallest man chuckles as he walked up closer. His hands dug into his pocket and brought out a gun. What the...

"Alex, I don't know whatever I stole but I swear we can-" I stuttered out in fear and shock. 

"Save it (Y/N). I know that it was you. I saw it with my own eyes," he butted in. What did I steal? The man with the gun darted closer to me and aimed the gun near my head. I gulped as my breath quickened and my heart started racing. I see Alex snicker. 

"Any last words (L/N)?" He asks me with a smirk. 

"Y-Yes, actually. What did I steal?" I ask him. 

"Oh sweet little naive (Y/N)," he chuckled darkly. His arm rested next to my head as he pinned me up against the wall. His hand grabbed onto my chin and leaned closer.

"My heart obviously," he whispered against my ear. What the hell? I don't remember stealing his- Wait... I snap back to reality to find Alex's lips on mine and his hands pining me in. My eyes widen but I don't push him off. I also don't kiss back. I just sort of stayed put and let him kiss me. It felt, well I hate to admit it but, nice. His lips were surprisingly soft and smooth but his kiss was rough and passionate as if he never craved another. I was confused of what to do since I had never kissed someone before so I stood there until finally kissing back. I felt him smiling through his lips. He placed his hands in my waist and I wrapped my arms around his neck. Finally after parting away breathless, I hear faint clapping. I see the three "Police Officers" whooping and clapping.  

"Felicitations mon ami!" The tall one with gun called out in a thick french accent. Hold on. I only know one person with a french accent...

"Laf?" I call out. The three of them stop and stare at me, then back at Alex who is still smirking. 

"You can take the costume off guys. She knows," he says mid chuckle. The three of them take of their disguises and I see, Hercules Mulligan, John Laurens, and Marquis de Lafayette. I look back at Alex and cluck my tongue.  

"Really? All this work just to say a measly pick up line?" I question him. He nods still laughing. I hit him across the arm.

"Hey! What was that for?" He calls out.

"That was for using the cheesiest pick up line in existence," I tell him. He sighs and nods his head. I grab his chin and smack my lips on his again.

"And that, was because it worked,"
