TW: Fluff, Nightmares, having to wake up at 4 in the morning due to a nightmare

Alexander POV

I groaned as I banged my head onto my desk. All this work is going to be the death of me. I glance up at the clock to see the time.

11:34 pm.

"What?! Already?! I haven't been working this long, have I?" I exclaimed to myself before packing up my things and throwing on my jacket. I gave a curt goodbye to the security officers before rushing to my car and driving home.

It was late at night and I didn't want to wake up (Y/N), so I carefully opened the front door and placed my bag on the couch. I took a quick peek into the bedroom to see (Y/N) sprawled out on the bed, her (H/L) (H/C) hair spread out in a tangled mess. I chuckle lowly before heading to the bathroom to get ready. After I was done getting ready for bed I made my way back to out room and carefully moved (Y/N) so that she would be on her side of the bed. I laid down on the bed and threw the blanket on top of the two of us.

I turned over to face (Y/N) an leaned towards her ear. "Goodnight love," I whispered before leaving a kiss on her cheek. I turned back over and drifted into a deep sleep.

(Time Skip about three hours later)

I heard muffled screams and sobs in my dream and snapped up, awake seeing (Y/N) clutching onto her knees rocking her self back and forth with tears streaming down her now paled face and a petrified expression.

"(Y/N)! Love what's wrong? Are you alright?" I exclaim in a hushed voice. She ignores me and continues to rock back and forth while biting her lip. I pull her into a tight hug and wrap my arms around her, lightly kissing her head.

She started to sob loudly so I hushed her in a soothing voice. "Shhh, shh, everything's okay. Hear my heartbeat? Just focus on that," I say as I rub her back. I hear her sobs dying down so I pull her out of the hug and lift her chin towards my face. Her beautiful (E/C) eyes were glazed with tears and her (S/C) skin was now as pale as a sheet. Her chest was moving slowly as she took deep breaths and bit her bottom lip.

"(Y/N)? What's wrong? You can tell me anything dear," I ask as she nods her head slowly.

"I-I, I had a nightmare...About us. W-We were here. At home a-and you told me something right before we went to bed and then when I woke up, y-you were dead. Y-You were gone Alex. Gone. Forever.." she managed to tell me, her voice breaking at a few places. Tears filled her eyes once more and I looked at her in sympathy before engulfing her in another hug.

"Hey you don't need to cry, I will always be with you. Even if I'm not around," I tell her in a calm voice she tightens her grip around my waist.

"Forever?" she asks through my shirt.

"And always,"
