The Girl Who is Death's Apprentice (Kakashi x OC)

Kakashi Hatake

(Hokage's POV)

I watch as Aman and Kakashi left the room. From the moment Aman walked in, I sensed the most powerful chakra I have ever felt. I hope she will be ok with Kakashi. They are very similar. I think they'll get along.

(Third person POV)

Aman and Kakashi walked in silence until Kakashi spoke.

"What's your name?"

"Aman. Yours is Kakashi, right?"

"Yeah. Do you have a last name?"

"I prefer not to say."

"Oh. Ok."

They continued to walk in rather awkward silence, until they reached Kakashi's apartment.   

"Here we are. Make your self at home I guess."

It was small, but nice. There was a kitchen, a living room, and some rooms down the hall.

"There's a guest room right down the hall you can stay in."

She thanked him and went down the hall. She found the room. Again, small, but nice. There was a desk, a small bed, a bathroom, and a window. She put her one bag onto the bed. She started to think how this boy was kind of cold, but nice. She could she the hurt in his eyes, for it is the same look she's had for 5 years.

"I made some dinner if you want some," Kakashi told her.

After they ate dinner in, again, a kind of awkward silence, they watched a movie on his couch. Part way through the movie Aman said something rather unexpected.

"What happened to your family?"

(Kakashi's POV)

"What happened to your family?"

I was taken back by her question. I looked at her. She had a sincere, but questioning look on her face.  Then she spoke again.

"T-The Hokage said you lost your family. Sorry," she said looking down.

"No. It's ok. I never knew my mother, she died when I was a baby, and my father committed  suicide."

"Oh wow. I'm so sorry."

"What about you?"

She was silent for a while, but then spoke.

"My entire village was destroyed 5 years ago. Along with my family. I'm the last of my clan."

I looked at her in surprise. That is a terrible thing to happen to such a young girl.

"I'm very sorry. I know what it's like to lose a lot of people. My team, my friends, they died because of me."

(Aman's POV)

I looked at him in shock. He lost everyone too? And just like me, it was his own fault. But I bet he's exaggerating. But I'm surprised he opened up like that. Maybe I should tell him....

"I know what that's like. Losing what you love and it being your own fault," I said touching Mako's scarf around my neck. He looked at me with a questioning expression, so I continued. 

"I didn't mean to....I-I...I didn't want to....but I did. I accidentally-well not- I mean. 'Sigh' I-I killed my b-brother."

By now tears were rolling down my cheeks.

(Third person POV)

Kakashi looked at her. Her tears broke his heart. He didn't know why, but they did. He felt sorry for her, so he didn't ask more, even though he wanted to know more. Then he did something neither of them expected. He hugged her. He held her while she just silently cried in his arms.

Eventually she fell asleep in his arms.

(Kakashi's POV)

I feel like I can just see the pain in her eye's. It's the same pain I've had for so long. Her breathing evened and I knew she was asleep. She looked so peaceful, so calm, so beautiful.-Wait! No! I can't think like that! But no mater how much I don't want to admit it, she is gorgeous. I watched as her chest fell evenly up and down. But then I realized I was starring at her chest, and looked away, blushing really hard. Good thing she is asleep and couldn't see what I just did.

(Third person POV)

Kakashi then picked her up bridal style, took her to her room, and lied her on her bed. He looked down at her sleeping figure.

'What are you doing to me Aman,' he thought while moving a thumb across her cheek.

It was late, so he left her to sleep, and went to bed himself thinking about Aman.
