“You should’ve seen his face. He was so frightened and started crying when Five told him she was gonna kill him. My god, it was hilarious!”  Bill said between his laughter while he was telling the crew what had happened at the station. I laughed, remembering John’s frightened expression back then and then shook my head.

“You see, they all seem bad and tough guys on the outside; they go killing, raping, stealing or even drug-dealing but in the end, when it’s time for judgment, they are all just little boys begging for mercy. They’re all cowards.” I spoke and Six laughed at my word usage.

Six’s name is Niall Horan, and he has been with us for four years now. He’s also a member of the authority, besides me and Louis. We three majorly rule the place, not to mention the state of New York.

“You guys are hilarious!” Six spoke between fits of laughter and I smiled slightly at his loud laughter.

“Well, your task went all too well. You should’ve seen mine and Courtney’s. She is the ultimate bitch.” Eight, or Martin, spoke before groaning out of annoyance.

It turned out that Courtney was so busy complaining while they were about to kill the target that they got caught. Fortunate enough, Martin helped them out of the location and they safely ran away, but didn’t get to perform the task, which is why Courtney was having a session from Louis downstairs. She’s lucky I didn’t interfere.

“I don’t know why she was accepted in the first place to join us.” Martin continued, crossing his arms over his chest and letting out another groan.

“You know why, she’s the daughter of Andrew and we simply can’t dismiss his request for his daughter to join the fraternity.” Niall defended and I rolled my eyes. “Besides, she’s got skills despite her twenty four seven complaints.” He continued, blushing and looking away after doing so.

Almost everyone in the fraternity knows that Niall likes Courtney or as what everyone says to annoy him; he’s got a crush on her. It was since she joined us two years ago that he has always defended and helped her get with everything easily. I find what Niall does pretty stupid, but one can’t control his feelings. Not that I have any to control anyway.

“Shut up Niall, we all know why you’re always defending her.” Martin argued and before Niall even had the chance to argue back, Louis barged inside the common room.

Five, Six, I need you to come down with me now. It’s urgent.” Louis never calls us by our codenames especially in front of the closest people to us except if there’s something serious or if he’s trying to joke around. But by the expression of his face, it was really something urgent.

Both I and Niall stood up and headed out of the room, following Louis down the thin corridor and down the stairs towards the ground floor. We both shared anxious glances as we followed him towards the dungeons which were isolated in the dark and abandoned part of the institution building. Nobody comes to the dungeons except for critical reasons and that was what made us so curious and slightly confused.
