Tina–

As I dressed up in my usual white shirt, black jeans and black, leather jacket and combed my hair, I thought about my day at the fraternity which was about to start in probably minutes. Will I see Harry? Will there be any new tasks? Will he get a task? And lots of other questions, but the one that really intrigued me to find out an answer for was;

What will his code name be?

That was the most asked question whenever anybody new joined the fraternity, and according to me, the answer to it was the most important piece of information I could ever get. I was always fascinated by how fating picked out the numbers for the new comers.

Fating is a huge room in the fraternity, which’s walls are mirrors instead, that invades your brain and sees, according to your personality, what your code was going to be. For example, when I walked into that room for the first time and looked at myself in the mirror, I was named Five, just like my mom.

The number Five itself has a particular meaning that differs from any other number created or known by man. Its meaning is; bravery, discourtesy, roughness, and grace. Of course these adjectives describe other numerous numbers, but the combination as a whole cannot be and isn’t repeated.

That was why I always asked ‘what’s your code’ to any newcomer, even if I disliked them. Simply, I wanted to know their personality without them telling me a thing but their codes.

I got off of my motorcycle after parking it in its usual place before entering the fraternity and, as a regular habit, grabbing a muffin and a cup of coffee from the food counter then headed towards my office in the second floor. I closed the door behind me and took a seat on the most comfortable couch in the world, plopping my legs on the wooden table in front of it.

My eyes rested on a familiar blue envelope and attached to it was a yellow note. I finished eating my heavenly chocolate muffin before retrieving the envelope from the table. The note read; Tina. 9. Weapon’s Cabinet. Meaning the task was mine and that I was supposed to be at the location at 9 p.m. I think the last sentence is supposed to be the location of something unknown.

I opened the envelope, eager to know who my next victim was. A huge smile was drawn on my face when I read the name and looked at the picture attached. This is what I have been waiting for since I first joined here. This is why I came here in the first place. This is why I kill. After all these years, vengeance is about to take place.

George Harper, one of Eagle’s most skilled assassins and the vice-president. He’s very strong indeed and very wealthy, he got to train most of Eagle’s finest assassins and he’s a very proud man. Nevertheless, he also was the one who assassinated my parents right in front of my eyes. Anger started welling inside me at the memory of him shooting me a smirk while killing the both of them. He was a monster, an arrogant monster who’s about to die.

I scanned the remaining of the envelope and from the info written; it looked like George was going to be in a ball at the Eagle’s institution and the passage into it was by a VIP pass, which clarified the cabinet part. I searched for my partner’s name, and my eyes widened when I saw the code. Written in Niall’s handwriting was ‘One’. One? Who in hell is One?
