Food and games anyone?? (chapter 13)

CHAPTER 13

*Nialls POV*

Amber and I walked out the door to go shopping. She instantly went quiet as she got in the car, have I done something wrong? The whole drive to the shops was pretty quiet “Amber is there something wrong?” she quickly looked at me then back at the road “uh no, why would you think that?” hmm maybe I was right maybe she doesn’t like me “You’ve been really quiet since we got in the car” “I’m sorry I’m just thinking, there's nothing wrong I promise” she said “Now help me find a spot to park” she said a lot happier. It took us not even two minutes to find a parking spot. We walked into the grocery shop and Amber went down one of the isles. “Amberrrr, can we get this, ooh and this?” she looked at me and shook her head “I forgot you’re a pain to shop with, do you still buy everything you see?” she asked me I just grinned and nodded my head vigorously. She just laughed and turned around. I kept grabbing things I wanted, by the time she turned back around I had full arms “Niall! What are you doing, I can’t exactly afford all that!” she whisper yelled, I laughed “oh, Ambi Bambi, you thought I was gonna make you pay for all this? I wouldn’t make anyone pay when I go shopping with them. I'd leave them with no money at all. I’m paying for this shopping trip dear” “Oh well in that case get as much as you want Ni” she grinned while she kept getting the necessary items while I went around grabbing everything else in sight. We finally finished the shop and payed for it. “Oi Amber... race ya!” next thing I was running towards Amber’s car while she was trying to beat me while controlling the trolley. I reached the car before her. “HAHA beat ya Ambs!” “Yeh only cause I had a trolley as well!” she replied. “But I still beat you” I said winking. We got in the car and drove back home, well to Ambers house anyway. We pulled into the driveway, and grabbed the shopping and headed for the door. We walked straight to the kitchen and dumped the shopping in there before walking out to greet the others. When we got in there I noticed there were people missing “hey where’s Jasmine and Liam?” amber asked before I could. “We don’t know they kinda just randomly left to go for a walk 5 minutes ago” Zayn said “so no one knows where they went?” I said. They all shook their heads. “Well that’s helpful” I mumbled to myself. As I said that Jaz and Liam walked through the door ““hey guys where were you?” Amber asked “oh we just went for a walk” Amber and I looked at each other and grinned cheekily. “Well it looks like you guys didn’t kill the house after all” Jaz said to the other three boys “yeah you really ought to give us more credit babe” Harry said. Jaz just ignored him and sat back down on the lounge. “Well we are going to make lunch” Amber said and amber and I left to the kitchen. Once we got all the stuff prepared I was pretty bored so I flicked a bit of avocado at Amber. She automatically stopped making the last sandwich and stared at me “did you just?” she asked at me surprised “yepp” I said popping the ‘p’. She automatically grabbed a quarter of a tomato and threw it straight in my face, she was giggling like crazy already. Before we knew it we were in a full on food fight, my hair was completely covered in food as well as my face. Amber was just completely covered. Somehow we managed to keep all the sandwiches intact. Next minute Amber slipped and she was in the ground. I rushed to her side to make sure she was alright. “Ambs are you alright?” she looked up at me with a massive smile on her face “haha yeah, all good” suddenly I was in the floor as well and amber was laughing like crazy.

*Ambers POV*

I had slipped on something on the floor and fell to the ground. Niall rushed to my side, time to get him back. “Ambs you alright?” he asked I looked at him and giggled “yeah, all good” as soon as he looked away I pulled his feet from under him and next minute he was on the floor next to me. I was laughing uncontrollably at this point. He looked at me pretending to be angry, I laughed even harder. Niall was now leaning over me with my arms pinned to the ground “did you just?” he asked mocking me “maybe” I said cheekily. I just laid there laughing while staring into his blue eyes. “Oi guys is the food ready yet” Harry called out being his annoying self. I could of sworn just as Harry called that out that Niall was leaning in towards me. After Harry called out Niall quickly got up off the ground, and I followed “Yep, it’s ready” I yelled out. I heard them all jump up and start running towards the kitchen. When they all reached the kitchen they started laughing, except for Jaz. She gave Niall and I a massive lecture on how shewas not cleaning it up and how we have to. We both promised her we’d clean it up as soon as the boys got picked up to go to the airport. Niall and I ate quickly and then ran upstairs to change our clothes before Jasmine got even more angry at us for getting food anywhere else. When I was finished the boys and Jaz were just finishing their food. “So guys, how long till your being picked up?” “In roughly an hour” Louis answered. “Well what are we gonna do for an hour?” Jaz asked. “Oh I know I know” Louis started jumping up and down excitedly. Oh no here comes one of Louis’ crazy ideas “hide and seek!” he yelled “actually that’s not a bad idea Lou” Harry said. “Groups?” Louis asked “in case you haven’t noticed Lou there's seven people, we won’t divide evenly” Liam said “well it can be Amber and Niall, you can go with Jasmine and Harry, Zayn and I will go together? Does that sound good?” we all nodded. Just then Niall came in the room “so guys what are we doing?” “We’re playing hide and seek” Louis squealed “oh I should of guessed” Niall said sounding mildly entertained “we’re going in groups” Liam said “me and Jaz are going together and Harry, Zayn and Lou are together and you and Amber are together” he continued. “alrighty, who's in first” Niall said sounding more excited now. “We will” said Liam. And so the crazy game of hide and seek with One Direction started.
