CHAPTER 12

*Ambers POV*

Its Saturday. Yes! My day off, and Niall. I get to see Niall again. Should I tell him? Maybe not. What if I wait and see if he shows any signs of liking me back. He's coming over in half an hour with the boys so we can say good bye to them. I’m excited to spend time alone with Niall but I did like hanging out with the other boys as well. I walked downstairs to the kitchen, I need my coffee. Working late has its disadvantages, you get a messed up sleeping pattern and when you have to wake up early its horrible. But I guess it’s worth it. I have an amazing job, amazing people I work with and to top it off, it’s the reason I met Niall again after all these years. As I finished making my coffee there was a knock at the door, well more like ten knocks, these boys are insane . I opened the door to be greeted by a massive hug, all the boys except Niall had jumped on top of me and given me a massive hug. Why didn’t Niall approach me. Well there goes my chance of him feeling the same way. The boys all got off me and went to find Jasmine. Niall stared at me and a huge grin spread across his face he walked towards me and attacked me with a massive hug. I hugged him back as tightly as possible. We both let go and walked into the lounge room. I noticed Jaz staring at Liam, I’ll have to ask her what that was about. Since it was lunch I asked the guys if they wanted something to eat. It took 10 minutes to agree on what we were going to have , but eventually we agreed on  sandwiches. “Well if we are having sandwiches, I kinda need to go to the shops. Is that alright?” they all nodded “Niall would you like to come with me?” he smiled and said yes “alright bye see you guys soon” and with that Niall and I walked out the door.

*Jasmines POV*

I need to talk to Liam before they leave “so boys when are you leaving for the airport?” “You want us gone already?!” Louis said like he was hurt. “No, no just wondering how long you’ve got here” “we’ve got about three hours before we have to leave for the airport" Liam said sensibly. “Alrighty then, do you guys want anything to drink?” I got a reply of yes’s “Liam would you mind helping me?” “No not at all” he said as he stood up and started walking to the kitchen. I got out 5 glasses and poured water into them. No extra sugar will be needed with these boys. “Can I talk to you later Jaz?” “Hah sure I was about ask you the exact same thing” “is this about Amber and Niall?” he asked “it sure is” “okay we need an excuse to get out of here” “why don’t we just go for a walk?” “Sounds good to me, let’s get these drinks to them then we will go” “okay , do you mind taking a glass for me?” he picked up one of the glasses and we headed out to the boys “here you go boys” they all said thank you “I’m just gonna go for a walk guys, is that okay?” I asked. They nodded “don’t kill the place” they all laughed “I can’t promise you anything love” Louis said seriously “you’ll be paying then” I replied “hey Jaz do you mind if I come too?” “Nah that’s fine, see you boys” and with that Liam and I walked out the door. As soon as we got out the door I started talking “alright straight to the point Liam, does Niall like Amber” he hesitated for a second “that’s umm not really my place to tell you” I gave him a look saying ‘are-you-kidding-me’ “alright, alright yes he does” I smirked to myself “does Amber like Niall?” Liam asked “yes you haven’t noticed yet?” “Not really they’re both pretty good at hiding their emotions” he said. I laughed out loud “what’s so funny?” Liam asked “that’s what I said to amber yesterday afternoon. Alright we need to make a plan to get them together” Liam smirked “hold on Jaz, why don’t we see if they get together by themselves first and then we’ll take action if needed” Liam said. I nodded. “So, why don’t we give each other our numbers and we can organise something without it being suspicious?” Liam asked me “umm yeah sure” we exchanged numbers quickly “I think we should get back the boys will start getting suspicious” Liam stated “yeah that’s a good idea” I said and we turned around and headed back to our house.

*Liam’s POV*

‘Smooth Liam’ I thought to myself. I had managed to work out what’s going on between Niall and Amber, and get Jasmines number. I am so happy now nothing could ruin my mood. Jaz and I walked back inside to see Niall and Amber back “hey guys where were you?” Amber asked “oh we just went for a walk” Niall and Amber looked at each other and grinned cheekily. What are they up to? “Well it looks like you guys didn’t kill the house after all” Jaz said to the other three boys “yeah you really ought to give us more credit babe” Harry said. Jaz just ignored him and sat back down on the lounge. “Well we are going to make lunch” Amber said and her and Niall left to the kitchen. Jaz and I looked at each other and smirked, both knowing we were thinking the same thing ‘we really need to get them together’. I only have one plan though, and that’s to get Jaz while we are getting Niall and Amber together. I don’t know how I’m going to yet but I will, eventually. I was deep in thought until I heard Zayn say “Oi, Liam, take a picture it will last longer mate” that’s when I realised I was staring straight at Jaz “oh umm sorry I was thinking about.. Umm something." I looked away feeling the heat rush to my face. That was close, at least I didn’t accidentally speak out loud. At least I don’t think I did. “guys is the food ready?" Harry called out. There was a silence then Amber yelled out "yep there done now!” “yay” all of us yelled as we went to eat. I walked into the kitchen to see a total mess. There must have been a food fight in here I looked over at Jaz and she had her mouth hanging wide open. Then she pointed a finger at Amber and then Niall “I don’t even want to know what happened, but you two can clean that up, I’m not cleaning it!”
