The Beach House

The next morning I got up at 6:30.
I got dressed, t-shirt and shorts with a high ponytail.

We have to leave soon and everyone is on their way over to our house right now.

Before everyone came I grabbed a bagel and ate it.

Shawn and Dylan were already packing his car and Dylan's car.

At first Lauren and Matt came.
I said hello to both of them when Shawn came over and stood right next to Lauren.

" hey Shawnie. Looking cute in those shorts." Lauren winked.
He just laughed.

I was about to say something to Matt, when Dylan called me over.
" Skylar I want you to meet my best friend, Spencer and a really good friend of my mine, Derek."

I smiled. First I talked to Derek.
He was muscular, he had dark, spiked, short hair. He wore a lot of blues, blacks and grays.
" hello nice to meet you. I'm Skylar."
He smirked, " nice to meet you I'm Derek."

Dylan butted in, " watch out Sky, he's a player."
He laughed, " Skylar don't listen him." Derek said defensively.

Next up was Spencer. He was cute.
" hello I'm Spencer Reid. Nice to meet you."
I smiled, " likewise. I'm Skylar Hayes."

He smiled. His smile was cute, it could light up a room.
" I like your name." He said.
I replied, " Thank you. Yours is pretty cute." He laughed. Reid has brown short hair, with brown eyes like a brownie and he was thin and slim.

Next thing I knew was Shawn yelling, " time to go!"
Dylan continued, " we have two cars with Seven people!"

He added, " in my car it's, me, Skylar, Spencer and Matt.
In Shawns car it's, himself, Lauren, and Derek. Okay? Let's get going!"

Before Dylan got into his car Shawn came up, " I though I was getting Skylar and you were getting Lauren?!"

Dylan got into his car, " no sorry. I have spencer and that means I have Skylar." He winked.

I was about to get into the car when Spencer opened the passenger door, " here you go." He smiled.

The thought was sweet but I have not seen Matt in a while, " it's okay, Spencer. You can sit up with Dylan. Thank you for the thought." I twisted around and held the door open for him.

After I got into the back with Matt.

It was a pretty long car ride since we had to stop at the grocery store to get food and water.

When we got there there were only 4 bedrooms instead of 7.

I had to share a room with Lauren.
Dylan waits Spencer and Derek.
And Shawn with Matt.
Then there was just an extra bedroom.

Once everyone's room was set up, the boys were eager to get to the ocean, but the food was not put away.

I volunteered to put all the food away and Lauren said she would help me.

When I was putting away some of the food, Derek came up to me, " hey what's up with Shawn and that other girl, Lauren?"

I was confused, " what are you taking about?"
He continued, " they were flirting in the car ride."
I was frozen, did not know what to say, so I just turned away.

Thank god Dylan and Spencer came down, " you ready to go Derek?"
He nodded and left with them.

Next up who came down stairs was Lauren, Shawn and Matt laughing.

Matt and Shawn went outside, when Lauren walked over to me.

" I don't want to do this right now. You just wanna go out there?" She smiled.

I was putting away the water, " you can. I just have one more bag."

" thank you. I wanna go swimming with Shawn!" She winked and ran out of the door.
