Hey guys! Sorry about the long wait, but I finally finished finals! Now I just have to anxiously wait for my grades to be posted. Wish me luck! Also, if anyone has suggestions they'd like to see in the sequel to this (triquel), just review and I'll consider them! Well this was a long author's note. Kudos to anyone who read all of that. Now enjoy the update!

From My Meddling French Friend: So? Did you send it?
Ugh... Lafayette.
To My Meddling French Friend: That's none of your business.
From My Meddling French Friend: So you did. What was his answer?
I hate how well he knows me, but I answer anyway.
To My Meddling French Friend: He didn't answer.
I put my phone down and got my laptop out planning to completely ignore my phone and get on with my life.
That's when my phone started having a seizure.
With a loud sigh, I picked it up.
From The Crazy Croissant: WHAT?! WHY NOT!
From The Crazy Croissant: The confession was so clear! Why didn't he... how could he overthink it!
From The Crazy Croissant: Did he at least read it?
From The Crazy Croissant: Nevermind, he must not have if he didn't respond.
To The Crazy Croissant: Jesus Laf, chill. He did read it.
Before I could send another text, Laf sent another message.
From The Crazy Croissant: HE DID?!?
To The Crazy Croissant: Yeah, but I think you're overreacting.
I got a quick response from that.
From The Crazy Croissant: Ce garçon! Pourquoi il n'admet pas qu'il t'aime en retour pour que je n'aie pas à faire face à cette stupide languir!
Great, now he's texting in French. And I don't think I'm pinning that much.
From The Crazy Croissant: That's it. I'm going to talk to him.
Wait, what?!
I scrambled to stop him. I can't let him tell John about how much I've been pinning after him!
To The Golden Snitch: Wait, no. Laf, you don't have to do that!
From The Golden Snitch: Don't worry mon ami! I'll handle this.
To The Golden Snitch: Wait, Laf! No! Don't do that! DON'T YOU DARE TELL HIM ANYTHING!
From The Golden Snitch: Can't talk about to drive. Talk later!
Merde, merde! Je suis foutu!
I quickly go to my freckled angel's contact to stop this. I could, tell him about Lafayette... But that would probably do no good. Lafayette is unstoppable when it comes to meddling in relationships. I can try to warn him...
To My Freckled Angel: JOHN!?! PLEASE ANSWER!!
Before I could send a follow up text, I got a text from Peggy.
AnD pEgGY!: Come to the café now. We have something important to discuss.
Ugh, fine. I hope my freckled angel survives the ambush, now I have to go get bombarded with questions from Peggy. Laf or Eliza probably told her about the crush. I need to get more trustworthy friends.
(Translation: Ce garçon! Pourquoi il n'admet pas qu'il t'aime en retour pour que je n'aie pas à faire face à cette stupide languir! = That boy! Why won't he just admit he likes you back so I don't have to deal with this silly pining!; Merde, merde! Je suis foutu! = Shit, shit! I'm screwed!)
I'm hoping those translations are right. (Also, I may have gotten carried away with Alex changing Laf's contact name.) So, now Alexander's in trouble. What will Lafayette say to John? What does Peggy have to discuss with Alexander? Why am I asking questions I know the answer to? Well, the answers will be revealed... in the next update. Au revoir!
