As the days passed, the members of Seventeen became increasingly worried about Soonyoung- and Hansol, who still wouldn't leave his boyfriend's side.
"He's going to be alright," Jeonghan told him.
"You don't know that." Hansol's eyes were still fixed on Soonyoung.
"You have to go home at some point. You can't stay here forever."
"I can if I have to."
Jeonghan couldn't help but think that Hansol was hurt almost as much as Soonyoung at this point. He wasn't the same person they all knew. He was practically broken. Although they didn't say it, everyone was worried about what would happen if Soonyoung never woke up.
Later that day, Seungkwan stopped by to try and talk some sense into Hansol. He chose his words carefully. "You know you have to be prepared f-"
"That's not going to happen," Hansol snapped.
"I know," Seungkwan approached his friend, "but it could. I just think you should. . ."
"He's gonna be fine," Hansol said with tears in his eyes. Seungkwan could see that he was even starting to doubt his own words. "He's gonna be fine," he repeated to himself quietly.
