LOVE IN HIGH SCHOOL

chapter 4

Kellin's POV

So, i'll put the song i wrote on vic's locker. I used to write a letter for him. But this time i decided to write a song. I hope he'll like that.

"Hey. Kellin." Vic called me outside my car. I hided the paper quickly and opened the door.

"Yo. What's up?" I greeted him.

"Cool. You?"

"Me too." Well, my plan to put the paper on his locker was canceled. Okay. I'm secretly falling in love with him. I'm too scared he doesn't have feeling the same towards me.

"That person sent me the letter again." Vic said and i was suprised by that.

"What did it say?" I asked him all excited. I just want to know his repsond to it. Because it was me who sent him the letter.

"Well, that was sweet. I think that person is a girl." He said.

"You think so?" I asked him. I didn't even know why did i ask that. Maybe because i was scared of the reality that he is straight.

"Yeah.. hey, i have to go to the library first. Do you want to come with me?" Vic asked me.

"Um.. i have to go to meet frank for our science project." I answered but it was just kind of my aliby so i'd have a opportunity to put the paper song i wrote.

"Oh.. okay. See you in class then" Vic said.

"Yeah.. okay." I responded.

I looked at him as he stepped away from me. I was still standing there and watched him. I hope he knows about my feeling to him. But Will he okay about that?

I walked to the class and i put the paper on his table. Then i went out of the class.

The class started. And i took some time to look at Vic. He already Saw the paper. And he took a look at it as he smiled.

I was happy that he liked the song. I smiled a bit when i looked at him. God, i really want him to know about my feeling but i don't know how. I think i'll have to prepare of what he respond when he finds out.

After class he came to join me, Mikey, Pete, Patrick, and Ray.

"Hey, guys.."

"Hey, bro.. have you seen Brendon?" Pete asked him.

"No. But i Will meet him at history class. Why?" Vic responded.

"Nothing. I just haven't see him and Ryan these few days." Pete explained.

"Have you talked to Brendon or Ryan?" Vic asked.

"Not yet. My class gave me so many shits." Pete said.

"He barely forgot to call me last night and Made me worried
." Patrick said and giggled.

"My phone was dead, so was mikey's. And you know what? Mikey and I had to go to the grey canyon and had to stay the night because our car ran out of gas." Pete said and laughted with Mikey, and Patrick.

"That was sweet" Vic said to make a joke.

"Hey, Vic what's that?" I asked him but that was because i want to know what is he thinking of it. Because it was from me.

"Oh.. that person gave me a song. I like the lyrics and also the melody." Vic responded with his sweet smile on his face. I was so happy when i heard it.

"From who?" Ray asked.

"I don't know. They just leave an 'I' on every letter i get." Vic said.

"Maybe that person likes you." Mikey said and it Made my heart beat fast But i tried to control it.

"Maybe.. i don't know." Vic said.

"I want to try to play this with guitar. Got to go." He said and stood up from his chair.

"Where are you going?" I quickly asked.

"music room."

"Can i go with you?" I suddenly asked. It happened. All of them was looking at me confused. Yeah. I was too exciting when i asked Vic that.

"I-I just want to play it too. I want to try to play it." I tried Making up and excuse so hard, hoping it would make sense for them. Or maybe that was the stupidest thing i ever did.

"Sure. Why not."

Vic and I went to the music room and we tried to played that song. Of course i had to pretend that i didn't knew that song that i wrote.

But i couldn't lie that i absolutely in love with how he played that song.
