LOVE IN HIGH SCHOOL

chapter 7

Pete's POV

I woke up late this time. I tried to Made up my mind and then i took a look at my phone. One missed call by Patrick and four messages from Mikey asking if i'm going to school today. Of course i Will.

I texted him and Patrick to tell them that i just woke up and i'm going to the school in a hour. Patrick and I been in a relationship for a year now. And i love him of course.

School is always boring. But i'm glad i could be with my best friend Mikey. He always has something that makes me survive this class. I tried asking him few Times why he's talking to me in a different way than anyone else.

Gerard said his emotions are unpredictible. So do all of our friends. But not with me. He's super sweet and funny. But everytime i ask him about that, he just said it happens.

We were laughting in the class and got warning by the teacher. I asked him to stop making jokes so, we wouldn't get punished by the teacher.

I remembered when we got stuck in grey canyon for a night. He was so sweet. He took care of me when i exhausted. Buying a food, and giving me his drink even though he just had one. We had to keep our money to buy some gas to go home.

"Okay, guys. Do your home work carefully and see you next week."

The class was over. Mikey and I went to the library to do our home work cus we still had classes after that.

Like usual. We're giggled and then got warning by the librarian.

"Your jokes have to stop!" I said and tried to lower my giggle.

"You've asking me to tell you about it. And i just did." He said and still giggled.

Then suddenly my phone was rang. I check on it and it was Patrick calling me.

"Is that Patrick?" Mikey asked and his expression was normal in a matter of seconds.

"Yeah. Wait."

I eccepted the call from my boyfriend and talked for some minutes and told Patrick that i'm still doing my home work.

"Are you going?" Mikey suddenly asked.

"No. We still have job to do first. I told him that i Will be in there after this." I explained.

And after we were done with my home work, Mikey and I walked home together. We share a lot of things and mostly, we could laughting because no one Would yelling at us. Then, we just got in mikey's flat.

"So, what's your plan with Patrick today?" Mikey asked while he looked on the ground.

"I want to buy his new bass guitar. So, he want to give him a company." I told him.

"Okay, see tomorrow." Mikey said and smiled at me.

"See you, dude." I said and smile back, then i stepped into my flat area.

Patrick and I went to the music store. He was busy looking for the guitar He wanted.

Suddenly his phone rang. And he asked for my permission to eccept the call and i let him. When i finally got the bass i want, i didn't find him around. I looked for him and Saw him standing  with turned his back to me.

I tried to step closer at him and i heard him talking with a girl on the phone.

"I'm still giving him company. I'll be there at 7pm. Bye.. i love you.." i heard him say that and which Made me shock. He's cheating on me. Again.

He turned around and being suprised by my appearance.

"Honey.."

"Stop call me that!" I stepped away quickly of that place. It's the second time Patrick was cheating on me. I was mad and sad at that time and i decided to call Mikey.

"Pete?"

"Mikey, do you have time?" I asked him.

"Yeah! Yeah.. of course i have time. Something happen?" He asked so worried.

"I just wanna talk to you. I just..." I don't want him to know my problem with Patrick again. Mikey always listen to every problem between me and Patrick. I'm worrid he'll get bored of it eventually.

"...boring..." Then i just said that to him.

"Where are you now?" Mikey asked.

"In new Jersey cafe"

"Okay i'm on my way."

Then Mikey came and as always, he could and still can make me laught and feel better. And i'm glad he wasn't asking about Patrick and I. It's okay. At least i feel better now.
