chapter 10

Gerard's POV

Frank and I went and grab a coffee before we went to the school together and also We had science class together that day.

"What's up you both?" Jemie greeted. He was walking with Tiara and Ariel.

"Cool. Three of you?" I asked them back and smiled.

"Same." Jamie answered.

"I just want to burn my books and die." Tiara suddenly said And Made us laughted.

"Don't let that stress you out more, Tiara.. just do it." Frank continued and laughted.

"Alright guys. We have economy class. That's the reason why Tiara is stressed." Ariel said and We eventually split up.

We were walking into the class and found Ryan just sitting there and reading a book. Then not too far next to him, i Saw bert and he also looked up to me.

"Hey, you both.." i greeted them.

"Hey.." Bert the first who greeted me back.

"Hey, you both" then Ryan responded without making eye contact and kept reading his book.

When i was about to sit down, i was suprised when Frank took a seat next to me. I actually sit with Ray and Frank with kellin behind us.

"I-it's Ray's.."

"No, it's okay. I'll talk to him when he's here." Frank even won't let me go finished my sentence.

Not too long, the other students came and so the teacher. Ray came and Saw Frank just taking his seat.

"Sure." Ray said and had a seat next to kellin which was frank's seat. And the class started.

"So, today i Will give you a team work for page number 156 on the lab. One team have two people. And i Will choose who's on your team." The teacher explained. I thought the teacher would let me with Frank like usual. But,

"Mr. Gerard way with Mr. McCracken" i was suprised when i heard that. I looked at Frank. He also looked suprised. But i didn't try to looked like i want to stay away from Bret. I thought he might need a friend. I mean.. he's new here, right?

"Honey.. i.."

"It's okay.. do your best, okay?" Frank said and smiled a bit. I know there must be something. He probably doesn't like that, but i'm proud of him cause he's undertood.

"I love you" i whispered and stood up from the chair. Bret came to our direction.

"Come on, dude" i said.

We stepped into the science lab, doing our work And on the way, Bret tried to have a conversation with me. I was being positive cause he's new here so again, i understood.

Actually, Bret is a good guy and fun to talk to. About one half time we were talked while doing our job, he told me about his story. And he sounded have been through a lot.

Even the presentasion, Made us seem seemed cool with each other. When i sat down next to Frank again, i was confused at how my friends looked at me.

"What's wrong?" I asked Frank.

"I don't know." Frank answered.

When the class was over, like usual we all went to cafetaria to have a lunch and hangout. Then in there, i got really weird questions for me.

"How can you being so close with the new guy shortly?" Vic asked.

"What's wrong with that? He needs friend. I'm just helping him." I said.

"Yeah.. but why didn't you ask Frank to go and have a conversation with him, dude?" Andy suddenly asked.

"I'll go to the bathroom" Frank was suddenly in a hurry to go. I really didn't know why are they really counting that as a big problem.

"I'll go with you." I offered Frank quickly. Frank looked at me with, i don't know what kind of expression was that. Maybe it was between mad and sad, i guess.

"...okay..." He finally agreed.

After that, Frank didn't say a word. It was weird and also confusing me. What happen?

"Frank, are you okay?" I started to asked.

"Yeah.." he responded with not making eye contact with me or even smile.

"Frank. Just tell me what happened? You're acting weird today." I asked him as I stopped him. He seemed to take a deep breath and tried to talk.

"I just tired of our home work, honey.. there's nothing wrong. Don't think about it anymore, okay.." Frank said and smiled. I kissed his cheek before we stepped out of the bathroom.
