Vic's POV

Throughout the day we texted each other, which was something new and I loved it. I was making my bad jokes and we were overall having fun. Sadly, it was just though texting. After class I asked Kellin to grab our lunch in a restaurant or something. I felt a bit bad about yesterday, so this just popped into my head. Besides, we haven't really been talking and this is a perfect opportunity to get a bit closer again.

He seemed really excited about it and I was really happy about it too. I mean, hanging out with my best friend again is awesome. And yeah, I asked him if he's crushing on anyone from school. He seemed somewhat uncomfortable and I regretted asking him that. He replied that he doesn't, so I guess I should overthink it. He seemed more relaxed now and I was really glad. Finally, I could hardly ever speak to him when he was super nervous around people. Especially me.

But I replied too, that I'm fine being alone. Which isn't really true, I kind of wish to have someone. I mean, Brendon has Ryan. Or had. They broke up. Gee has Frank and Pete has Patrick. They all look so perfect together and seem to have zero troubles. Well except for that thing with Patrick. But Pete forgave him and wow, that really takes something.

"Vic are you alright?," Kellin asked and waved his hand right in front of my face and I turned to him. "Uh.. yeah. Sorry for that, I just got a bit caught up in something," I explained and smiled at him.

He nodded and took a sip of his drink,
"it's alright, happens to me too." He smiled and I looked up at his eyes. They're so pretty.

Oh damn. Have I really thought that? I shouldn't, he's my best friend. I lightly shook my head and carefully looked up at him. He was looking at the menu and sipping his drink through a straw. I quickly looked down at the salad in front of me and tried not to think about it too much.

After that, he had to leave, which I completely understood. As he was ready to leave, I quickly pulled him into a hug. He was warm and that made it better. As I pulled away he seemed a bit confused and his cheeks were flustered pink. It was probably nothing anyways.

I'm slowly stepping back home, kicking time dry leaves all around the street with my feet. Autumn. It's nice, but sadly it's getting cold as shit these days. Which sucks and means I won't be really getting out anymore.

Suddenly I hear my phone ring and I pull it out my jacked, without checking the caller ID. "Yeah?," I answered and wait for response.

"Hey dude!," a cheerful voice came out the phone. It was Tiara. "Where did you and Kells go after class? I haven't seen you around after that," she said and giggled a bit. "It was nothing, we just went for lunch." I casually explained and it was true. It was nothing more than that.

"Are you sureee?,"

"Yeah Tia, positive. Anyways, is that why you're caling me?," I asked and trued to get the key out of my bag with my left hand. Which was a struggle. "Okay, okay. Calm down big boy," she laughed. "Anyways, can you send me notes for the economy class? I didn't write it all down. Please?," she added.

"Will do. I'll send it to you through mail. Well, I got to go. Bye Tia," I said and she hung up. I shoved the phone back in my pocket and finally managed to unlock the door and get upstairs in my room.

As I changed I opened my laptop and quickly sent the notes. After that I just scrolled down on Facebook, seeing countless pictures of Gee and Frank. Again. I couldn't help but to chuckle as I was looking at them. They're like super cute together.

My mind slowly wandered off to Kellin again and I was thinking. What's he doing? and if he's thinking about someone or not. Crap like that. I can't stop thinking about Kellin. What the hell is going on with me and my head for the past days? I sigh and plop down on the bed. I take my laptop and place it down in my stomach as I scroll down the page.
