Chapter 15

Addis POV-

*on sunday*

I woke up at 9 so I would have enough time to get ready for Six Flags. I put on a pair of jean shorts with a crop top and my gray Vans. I straightened my hair and put it in a high ponytail with a white bow. Since it was extremely hot outside I didn't put very much makeup on. Just mascara, eyeliner and eyeshadow. For breakfast I ate a pop tart and drank orange juice. At 9:58 my doorbell rang. Jc was standing on the porch when I opened the door.

"Jc!" I exclaimed and jumped into his arms.

"Addi!" He said mimicking me. We both laughed and he set me down.

"I have to tell my mom bye, come inside for a minute." I turned around to go upstairs and tell my mom bye, when really she was standing behind us the whole time. "Oh, I guess not." I said.

"I heard the doorbell ring and wanted to catch you two before you left." She said. "Be careful- no texting, calling, or anything else while driving. Text me when you get there. Have fun, love you."

"We know mom. Love you too, bye!" Jc and I got in his car and drove off. We talked almost the whole way and when we weren't talking, I was singing.

"We're here!" He said, arriving in the parking lot.

"Yay!"

We got our tickets and walked to a roller coaster. It. Was. Huge. We got in line. Once we got to the gate where we pick our seats I started to get nervous and grabbed Jc's hand.

"What's wrong? Have you ever ridden a roller coaster before?" He asked.

"Um, well I may have forgotten to tell you I'm extremely afraid of heights?" He looked at me like I was insane, then started cracking up.

"It's fine, once you're up there it's not even scary."

"Whatever you say." We got in our seats and I pushed my lap bar down as far as it could go. Jc laughed at me.

"When you fall out and I don't, I get to say I told you so!" I teased.

"Put your hands up!" Jc said when we got to the top of the hill.

"No thanks, I'll keep them holding on the the handle bar." The cart went down the hill and I screamed at the top of my lungs, along with other people riding. "That was so much fun!!" I exclaimed when the coaster stopped.

"I told you!"

We rode several other rides, including a raft ride that Jc and I both got soaked on.

"Hey, let's kiss when they take our picture on this ride, okay? They do it on that turn down there." Jc suggested and pointed to the turn as we were going up the hill of the last roller coaster.

"Aw how romantic. Let's do it." I agreed. So, on the turn we leaned in and kissed. When we got to the place to see our pictures Jc insisted on buying it, so we did. I got a copy and he got a copy.

"I had so much fun today. Thanks babe." I said as we pulled into my driveway.

"Me too. I'm gonna miss you."

"Jc you're probably going to see me in a few days," I said giggling.

"That's a few days too long. Love you."

"Love you too." We kissed and I walked into my house. It was late so everyone was asleep. I went into my moms room to tell her I was home then went into mine, put the picture on my dresser, changed and went to bed.
