"Dear diary,

It's Sunday now, and tomorrow starts my second week at Nissen.
Yesterday i was at the Evas party with Jonas, Mahdi and Magnus. I didn't really enjoy it. AND after all i did something stupid, because i gave my number to that Even - boy because he said he wanted to "talk"?!? I think it was a bad idea :DD
But anyways, i should go now so byeee!

- Isak, 23.8.2016"

I checked my phone, and saw plenty of messages from Even. I rolled my eyes, and sighed before i opened them.

Even??: FINALLY!

Even??: I have always wanted to talk to you!!

Even??: Hey dude, where are youu??

I didn't know how to react. To me he was kinda scary right now. Such a dork.

Me: I'm here.

Me: What's up?

Even??: Nothing, chilling with my girlfriend. How about you?

Me: Well, that must be boring because you're still texting with me :D

Me: + I don't even know you?!

Even??: Of course you know me?

Even??: I'm the king of Hartvig Nissen!

Me: Because you get a lot of girls, huh?

Even??: That's only one of them reasons :)

Me: Fine.

I put my phone away for a while, and just stared at the ceiling while laying on my bed.
Even seemed to be nice, but he's just not my type. He's also arrogant, and he gives me some type of anxiety which wasn't very cool. But i couldn't just ignore him either...

Even??: Maybe we could hang out sometimes?

I didn't get a chance to reply to him, when my mom walked into my room.
She didn't even knock, and she knew that i hated that.

"Can't you just knock to the door before you just rush into my room??" I asked without trying to sound annoyed, i failed.

"I'm sorry honey, i always forget that!" she apologized.

"I see that" I answered quietly.

Then she sat down onto my bed, and i got up.

"I just wanted to say that i invited our new neighbours to have lunch with us today, so i was thinking that maybe you could come with us too?" She asked shyly.

I furrowed my eyebrows. Was she serious right now?

"Dad is coming too, and our neighbours have a son who is about in your age. You'd probably come along very well!" She was trying to convince me.

"Fine", i finally said so that she would leave.

"Thank you", she said and kissed me to my forehead before she disappeared from my room, gladly.
