028. "Talking with Eva in the kitchen."

TRIGGER WARNING. Family violence, talking about drugs. Sorry.

"Dear diary,

Today is Even's birthday, and i'm not excited. At all. What a great boyfriend i am, lol.

Even is already setting everything up at his parents house, for this night's party. He wanted to do everything on his own even though i offered my help many times.

Such a stubborn bitch. I love him.

I don't known if he liked my present that i bought for him or not. It's not his usual style, but i'd love to see it on him tonight. We're going to make our debut as a official  "pair", yet everyone in school still knew about us. It's a big thing for both of us, since there is going to be a lot of people that i don't know. I'm fucking nervous.

It was 7 pm, when i heard our doorbell ring. I knew it was the boys, by the way they rang it for thousands of times before i finally opened the door for them.

"Look, here the princess is!" Magnus shouted over-happily when he saw me.

I smiled back with a little bit of sarcasm in it and rolled my eyes, letting them in. They were all holding presents in their hands, except one person's was missing.

"Magnus, where is your present?"

"Oh. Just because i only partly support him doesn't mean he doesn't seem suspicious to me at all." He explained.

"Can we just go?"

"Mahdi is right. We should probably go or we will miss the funniest part." Jonas added.

I agreed, and we left my place. The boys were complaining about us being late to the party, and afraid of not being able to see all the teenager turn to drunk, stupid assholes. Jonas and i had decided not to drink any, so we could take care of Mahdi and Magnus who were going to get theirselves wasted, obviously.

Somehow, i had a feeling that something bad was going to happen' tonight. Or at least, anything specifically good never happened at parties. I just wanted for me and my friends to stay out of trouble and alive.

As we arrived to the big house, we saw many people already in the house through the windows. And this was the moment when i heard the boys complain even more about us being late. They started to run towards the door, sounding like excited little children. 
I sighed and ran after them, just to see them getting into the house already.

This isn't going to end well.

I got many flashbacks from the last time i was here at Even's parents' house. That whole thing had been a disaster, with all the drugs and stuff. I couldn't help but to feel anxious about this upcoming night.

"My love!" Even attacked me with kisses as i walked into the house behind the boys.

"Halla!" I kissed him back.

I noticed he was wearing the thing i had bought to him for his birthday. It fit him perfectly, as i had assumed it would. He looked dashing, perhaps.

"You look amazing!" I yelled over the loud music.

"You know, i had thought that i'd never in my whole lifetime put a fur coat on, but here i am." He explained, already sounding a bit tipsy.

The classic, big fur coat was covering his upper body and t-shirt fully. It was the right size to him, just very big.
All the other boys had dissapeared into the huge crowd of people, and i started to get worried. Jonas and i had promised to keep Even, Mahdi and Magnus safe, but turns out it was going to be more difficult than expected.
