(Next day)

The next day was Dale's funeral. Rick was speaking.

"Dale could get under your skin, he sure got undermine. Because he wasn't afraid to say exactly what he thought. How he felt. That kind of honesty is rare. And brave. Whenever I'd make a decision I'd look at Dale. He be looking back at me with that look he had. We've all seen it one time or another. I couldn't always read him but he could always read us. He saw people for who they were. He new things about us. The truth. Who we really are. In the end he was talking about us losing our humanity. He said this group is broken. The best way to honor him is to unbreak it. Set aside our differences and pull together. Stop feeling sorry for ourselves, control of our lives, our safety, our future. We're not broken. We're gonna prove him wrong. From now on we're gonna do it his way. That is how we honor Dale."

Hershel told us we should move into the house. Carl and I were walking around.

"I killed him." he says

"Carl you had no idea the walker was gonna get loose. Its just as much as my fault as yours." I say

"Yeah but if we killed it Dale would still be alive." he says

"Carl we were scared and we ran we didn't know." I snap

We start walking towards the house. Carl started walking towards Shane.

"If I tell you something will you promise not to tell my parents?" Carl asked

"I don't think that's a good idea." Shane says

We start walking away.

"Carl come here for a second." Shane says

We walk back towards him.

"Dale it's my fault that he died." Carl said

"It's more my fault than yours." I say

"Why would would you say that guys attacked by a walker." Shane says

"We saw that walker. I was gonna shoot it. It was stuck in the mud we were throwing rocks at it and stuff. But I was gonna do it right in the head, but it got free came after us and we ran away." Carl says

"Dale would still be here if." I say but Shane cut me off

"It's not your guys fault." Shane says

Shane tries to hand us the gun.

"I'm never touching a gun again." Carl says and walks off

Carl and started helping bring stuff in. I decide to tell Carl what I found out about Shane.

"Hey Carl can I talk to you for a sec." I said

"Sure." he said and followed me outside

I pulled out Kira's picture and handed it to Carl.

"What's this?" he asked

"A picture of Kira's mom and dad." I say

"So?" he asked confused

"Who does her dad look like to you Carl?" I ask him

He looks up.

"Shane's her dad!?" He asks confused

"Yep." I say

"Does he know?" he asks

"Nope and you can't tell anybody not Shane not Kira not your mom or dad nobody." I say

"Okay." he says

"I'll see you later I say and kiss his cheek

I look up and see Glenn & Andrea smirking at us.

"Tell anybody you're both dead." I say an walk off

All the sudden T-Dog runs over.

"Y'all Randle's gone." he shouts

"Cher you stay with Carol you hear me." my daddy says

"Yes daddy." I say and run over to Carol

Everybody starts checking out the shed.

"Rick!" I hear Shane yell

"He's armed he's got my gun." he says

"Get everybody in the house and lock the doors!" Rick yells

"Everybody in the house." Carol says grabbing my arm

We got in the house and locked all the doors.

It's been a couple hours since the guys left. Lori told Carl to go to bed so he's upstairs. A couple minutes later we hear a gunshot..
