Chapter 19: New Girl

Bae and Y/n here close to one another which didn't settle well with Pan but either cared. Bae wasn't really interested in dating the girl who took care of his father and had a relationship with his grandpa. He only took interest in her due to her knowing much about his father before he changed. Told him why he 'cowardly' broke his leg. Why he tried hard to be there for him and failed much like his own father. Although this didn't excuse it completely but it gave Bae a new understanding on why things where the way they were. Sitting at Y/n's hut, away from the boys, Bae was in deep thought about Y/n's past. She didn't expose everything to him, only that Pan was his grandpa and her soul mate.

"What's wrong Bae?" Y/n asked.

"Uh? Oh, nothing..."

Y/n narrowed her eyes and sat next him.

"Why are you lying to me?" Y/n asked.

Bae let out a sigh and turned to her think if he should really ask. Debating he decided to ask her.

"What was your life before Neverland?"

Pausing y/n smiled a bit at the good memories she shared with Malcom and Koby. How she had Felix and befriend him.

"Well it wasn't all bad. Pan and I were close. Really close. That was taken away when we I was cursed to be immortal and then I lived with my little half brother, who...who died here," Y/n muttered.

Bae notice it brought up some memories and it wasn't really good ones.

"Before Neverland though I had a son, who is actually living here now," Y/n explained. "Due to my curse I decided to stay here."

"Felix is your son right?"

Y/n nodded and stood to grab something. She brought back with her a small, gray wooly blanket.

"This is the same blanket I gave him up in. I couldn't raise him on the streets so I gave him up so he could have a better life. Seems as though I failed," Y/n sighed. "He May have had a roof over his head but he wasn't happy where he was. Until I came to him as a friend."

Bae stood up and hugged her for a moment and pulled back with a sympathetic smile. Y/n only smiled back and shoved his shoulder lightly.

"Come on. Pans gunna wonder where you are," Y/n smirked.

Heading out they made it to camp. Laughing at one others jokes but Y/n froze seeing a girl dancing with the lost boys while Pan played his flute. Her maroon hair swayed like fire and her amber eyes burned like flames. She had a black skirt with leggings underneath, and a crop top that matched her eyes.

Y/n turned to see Bae watching them with interest and fear. He didn't know if he should go and dance or not. So he sat himself on a log at the edge of camp with Y/n joining them. The boys didn't noticed either of them, but the girl did. Y/n saw them staring at her and Bae.

Giving a glare she turned her attention elsewhere. Taking a glance towards Pan who were watching the girl with a look she saw in the mans eyes in the woods. The one that impregnated her with Felix. Pan had the same look when they bathed in the spring but the love covered it. Bae noticed her staring and poked her arm.

"Why is it?" He whispered.

"Nothing. Nothing at all Bae," y/n muttered quietly.

Pan turned his attention from the girl and noticed Y/n and Bae. With a smirk of mischievous he sent the girl over and the girl in red took Bae to the boys to dance, and had Y/n place next to Pan. Sitting next to Pan now he placed an enchantment on the flute so it'd play without him blowing into it.
