To say that Shuichi felt his pulse rate accelerate when the trial doors opened be an understatement. He could feel his heart thumping in his chest much, much quicker than it should of been.
He knew that he needed to get a hold of himself. He knew that he needed to find Himiko's murderer and he knew that everyone would be relaying on his talent as the Ultimate Detective.
Everyone else started to vacate the lift, filling into the trial grounds. Kokichi walked forward, their hands coming apart, leaving Shuichi with a rush of emptiness rushing through his body. But this, this is what finally made him step forward.
He had a murder to solve after all.
......................................................................................................................
Just saying, please make your guesses of who the murderer is going to be here. I really want to see what you put. Haha.. also, I'm sorry for if this trial is crap.. I tried my best so I hope it's alright.

Shuichi made his way towards his podium then stepped behind it, gripping the the wooden top with both hands. He buried his doubts and switched his detective persona on, completely getting rid of the emotional side of things. Even if it was Kaito, Kirumi or even Maki, he had to solve it.
He glanced around the room, making eye contact and scanning the faces of each and every student. In this moment, they were not his friends. They were suspects.
"Welcome! You've all hopefully arrived once again!" The mascot bear guzzled, breaking the silence.
But Shuichi didn't give the bear any attention, he just kept scanning faces, looking for any type of fear or stress. So far, no one had cracked.. but the trial hadn't even started.
The trial room fell silent, no one wanting to start.
But after a few minutes of painful silence, it was Kokichi who started talking. "Aww, this trial isn't going to go anywhere if we don't accuse anyone! Well then, I think that it was Kiiboy over there."
The robot played right into Kokichi's hands and rebuked his argument, "No, as Himiko was murdered in the pool area, I couldn't of committed the act as I would of short-circuited. Water in my system would cause it to automatically shut down."
"Kekekeke, who said that she wasn't dead before she was placed into the pool? That is entirely possible so your excuse does not clear you of anything." Kiyo spoke, hissing through his mask.
Shuichi traced through his memories, he knew that something wasn't right with what Korekiyo had just stated. "Korekiyo, you've got that wrong, there was water on a specific place on the poolside, specificity on the left hand side of it."
"Water? The hell does that prove?" Ryoma questioned, a little bit more defensively than he should have.
"It shows that the culprit and Himiko may of fought or that she may of struggled, causing water to splash onto the poolside. Whatever it was, the culprit had to of been in the pool." Shuichi explained, Korekiyo letting out another creepy laugh.
"Oh, kekeke, that is my fault then, my dearest apologies.."
Based on what Shuichi already knew about Korekiyo, about the lengths he would go to to satisfy his sister, he was the prime suspect in the case so far.
"Wait a fuckin minute. That guy is so fucking creepy, what stopped him from killin her?" Miu interrupted, using her usual profanities.
"Yes! Only a degenerate male like him could of done this to poor little Himiko! Only he could of done an act this vile!" Tenko shouted across the room, making violent gestures.
