might be a lot of POV switching. I normally don't do that but it's for the sake of this chapter.. and it might be a lot shorter than normal. but the next chapter will be much better, promise :)
song of the chapter: Everything I Didn't Say by 5 Seconds of Summer
Logan POV
"That wasn't right what you said, so now you have to face the consequences. You're grounded now give me all your little electronic devices." Mom yelled, as I placed my head in my hands.
"Mom, I'm 19." I argued with her. Which was true, i shouldn't have to be getting grounded.
"You still live under my roof, and once you leave, then you do whatever you want. Give me your phone!" she argued back. Finally giving in, I gave her my phone.
"You won't be getting get this back soon." she said whacking the back of my head with her hand before exiting out the room.
What was I thinking? Oh right, i wasn't. My jealousy got to me and I just shouted whatever. I'm more disappointed that I got jealous of them. She obviously looked extremely please to be with him and I had to ruin everything. We could've been really great friends but no, I had to be so selfish and only thing about myself. Well newsflash Logan, not everything has to be about you.
"Are you okay?" Avia asked, walking into my room. I wanted to tell her yes, that I was perfectly fine. Sadly, she would know that I was lying.
"No, thanks for asking." I replied patting the space next to me, allowing her to sit. I had no idea as to why she wanted to talk I me, or even ask if I was okay. She probably liked Beverly more than me, because they can relate a lot better. For all I know, she came in here I diss me for what I did. She was really the only kid I understand what happened.
"Logan I love you a lot, I do, but what you did to Beverly was definitely wrong. What would Morgan think? She probably wouldn't approve of it either." She said answering her own question. The last time I talked to Morgan was before the incident happened. I'm pretty sure mom told her what happened, and the current situation I'm in.
"Why are you trying to help me?" I questioned. maybe out of pity, or she wants Beverly and I to make up so she can see her more often.
"You're my uncle. I know Beverly pretty well. She told me stuff about you that I was pretty surprised about." She admitted. Wait, how could she know? She doesn't have any way to talk to Beverly unless Shay let's her use his phone, or they actually meet up.
"Can you tell me these things?" I asked, hoping that she would. If she doesn't, I understand completely.
"I'm sure she wouldn't mind. Plus, it will help you to be friends with her again." but I don't want to be friends. Woah Logan, Chill. I still have Morgan and you can't be thinking those thoughts.
"Well for one, she loved it when you would surprise her with random gifts. Like remember that one time you bought her a stuffed guinea pig because she was allergic to them but she wanted one. Or that other time when you bought her those gorgeous white roses. Also, she can't look at your eyes for too long because she would either want to kiss you, or she'd get all bashful." Wow, that's actually pretty surprising. Those were just little things I did to make her smile.
"Anything else?" I smiled, looking at the ground.
"That night, you guys did the promise about looking up at the stars and think about you, she still does. She described it as one of the best night in her entire existence. she would never be able to forget that day, or you. Looking at the stars just always makes her think about you. It was the sweetest thing I've heard." she cooed. I can't believe she still does that. Honestly, I thought she stopped after we broke up, but no.
