song of the chapter: every little thing by ryan beatty
I would be telling you a complete lie if I say everything was okay between us after that. In fact, everything went so downhill that I can't even face the guys. I'm so ashamed at myself and for what I said that night.
Even if I meant it or not, nothing like that should've came out of my mouth.
It's one of the happiest times of the year, and I should at least try my best to forget about everything for now. I can deal with it another time but right now, is not the best time.
"Hey Beverly," Colette spoke as she knocked on my door, "we are going to choose a Christmas tree. Wanna join us?"
"Yea, I'll be out in a few. Just gonna change real quick." I replied as I got off my bed and began going through my closet.
I decided to wear grey joggers, a black cropped long sleeve top, a maroon scarf, and my "Bad Hair, Don't Care" beanie. (if you want to see all of Bev's outfits, go check my polyvore: bayuhrms 😏) It gets pretty cold in Idaho, especially during the winter, I just love it.
Since I didn't feel like wearing too much makeup, I put on some red lipstick to add color to my outfit. I slipped on my black vans, slung my bookbag on my back and headed down to the kitchen.
Like usual, Shay was vlogging and there was plenty of commotion. Because of this family, I can now fall asleep through anything and I'm a much heavier sleeper. It's pretty amazing.
"Morning guys." I said walking behind Gavin as putting my arms around his neck. He was definitely getting a lot taller, almost taller than his mom.
"Good morning Beverly!" they replied cheerfully and happily.
This family always brought my mood up. I could be extremely down but they always seem to make me happy.
After eating a bit of breakfast we got into Colette's car and drove to Allan's Christmas Tree Farm. During the whole ride, I vlogged and we all just listened to Michael Buble. The best part of Christmas are the movies and music.
My favorite Christmas film has to be the Polar Express. I just always grew up watching that movie and I could never get sick of it.
We got to Allan's Farm and I could already smell the trees. I just love the holidays. I got out the car and took Daxton out of his car seat and putting him in his stroller.
Since I wanted Colette to pick out a nice tree without having to worry about the Baby, I decided to just take care of him. That's what I'm here for, am I right?
They began walking into the entrance as I slowly walked behind them, struggling with the stroller a bit. No one seemed to noticed but it was surely amusing for Daxton to watch.
"Do you need any help?"
I looked up to see a boy with dirty blonde hair and greenish hazelly eyes. He was smirking at me while stifling a laugh.
My lips curved into a smile realizing that two boys were laughing at me.
"Please." I begged smiling at him. He chuckled as he held up the stroller. The rocks were making me loose balance of everything.
