(23) Christmas Dinner Part Uno

I wanted to update a lot sooner but I have a few tests coming up and I want to try my hardest. plus I've been busy traveling. so, super sorry for that. anyways enjoy !

"He's coming for dinner?!" Avia exclaimed, jumping up from her seat as I laughed out loud.

"Yes, he's coming in a few hours." I told her.

"Oh my gosh! I need to get ready! I need to curl my hair! I need to find a cute outfit!" she yelled.

Boy did Avia have a crush oh Peyton. Not only Avia but Emmi as well.

"Awe Avia has a crush!" Shay said walking into the kitchen while vlogging. She blushed as she settled in her seat.

"Daddy! I do too!" Emmi said raising her hands in the air.

Shay busted out laughing at how adorable she is.

"You guys are too young for boys!" Shay joking yelled at them.

"But dad! He's really really cute." she defended herself. I took a bite out of my French toast, watching them in amusement.

"He's 16! and obviously has a crush on somebody else." Shay said, pointing the camera towards me.

I looked at him, furrowing my eyebrows. Peyton has a crush on me? I mean I know I could be oblivious sometimes but really?

for some odd reason I felt flustered. heat began rising to my cheeks as it probably turned into a shade of red.

"She's blushing! She has a crush on him too!" he said shoving the camera in my face.

"No Shay I do not have a crush on him. and for the people that will probably be asking who this guys is in the comments, we won't say anything about him unless he wants to. " I said.

"Oh yea, Morgan and Logan are coming too!" Shay said, leaving the kitchen. Logan has been attending college at somewhere in Utah, I think. Morgan is also attending college but I don't remember where.

I missed both of them so much. Being the only teenager here does get boring. My phone went off and I grabbed it.

Peyton

Hey, am I supposed to wear something fancy for this Christmas family dinner?

I read the message on my phone.

It's formal but not too formal. Just wear a nice button up and a bow or tie

"Are you texting him? What are guys talking about!" Avia said looking over my shoulder.

"He's just asking what he should wear." I replied talking my plate and putting it in the sink.

I jumped up and sat on the counter waiting for him to reply.

"Can you help me get ready? I want to choose an outfit to impress him." she said sitting next to me.

I sighed.

"Listen, I know you have a big crush on him but you should never try to impress a guy. You might just end up getting hurt."

"It's whatever, I just want to impress him!" she replied. At such a young age, I don't really think she understands. I don't want her to be hurt when she finds out that Peyton might not be into her.

It may sound harsh but it may seem a bit weird. I didn't want to let he down either so I just decided to go along with it.

"Alright. We gotta get ready early though, okay?"
