I sat in my cell, my hands covering my face as I groaned from the pain of the headache.
Are you crying?" My cellmate asked.
I uncovered my face and turned to look at him. "What do you think?"
Never mind." He sighed and I smirked.
So, what is your name?" I asked.
Winter." He answered. "Yours?"
Tera, queen of the elemental kingdom." I answered.
Well, now if I ever get out of here alive, I will get to say I shared a cell with the elemental queen." He slightly chuckled.
Well, Winter, would you like a free ticket out of here?" I asked.
Do you even have to ask?"
I grinned before turning towards the bars and picking up my chains. "Cover your ears if you do not like loud sounds." I said and he just sat there.
I started banging my chains on the bars of the cell and screaming out.
Not long after, a guard came running down to my aid. What?" The guard asked.
I am not going to spend my time lying so I will get to the point. If you let me out of this cell along with this lovely Elfor I will give you honour."
I will not let you out." The guard hissed.
Fine, I suppose I will just ask you questions then. How long have you kept the palace safe?" I asked.
Why?"
Just trying to get a conversation started, I mean, this elf behind me is nothing but boring." I chuckled.
I have been a guard for 25 years." He answered.
Oh and how old are you?" I asked.
55." He answered.
You were 30 when you started?" I asked.
Yes." He answered.
How do they treat you?"
What?"
How do they treat you?" I asked again.
Who?" He asked.
The royals, how do they treat you?"
None of your business." He hissed.
It is my business, so tell me how they treat you?"
Will you be quiet if I tell you?" He asked.
Maybe." I answered.
