In a weekly sales meeting a senior executive noted some QA issues with a particular product. The sales head confirmed her team never sold it.
The exec asked for a list of impacted clients. Sales did a double take and re-confirmed no client impact as it wasn't sold. The exec insisted on a list.
The sales head took a deep breath, turned to her deputy and loudly said, 'Please send a blank list called 'Impacted Clients' to the executive.' The executive smugly accepted this and carried on!
