She looked down before letting go of a heavy sigh.

"No." She answered. Napasinghap muli si Courtney nang yakapin siya ni Chase.

"I thought you're really leaving me."

"If you make me worry again, I'll leave you without looking back."

"I will never make you worry again." He said and kissed Courtney's forehead.

"Hanep ha? Chumachansing na naman." She mumbled. She stood up and so as Chase.

Naglakad siya patungo sa pinto at saka ito binuksan.

"King ina. Bukas pala. Tsk." Lumabas siya sa stock room at saka tiningnan si Calyxe na naka-upo sa gilid.

"He fell asleep." Chase said. Courtney sighed and walked towards Calyxe.

"Oppa." She called for him. Calyxe groaned. Courtney smirked.

"Oppa!" She kicked Calyxe' leg two times.

"Calyxe." Chase called for him too.

"Can't we just help him up?" Chase asked Courtney. She shook her head.

"He's heavy." She said.

"So, are we going to wait for him?" Chase asked.

"No." She answered.

"Then are we going to leave?"

"No."

"Are we going to stay?"

"No." Chase glared at Courtney. Courtney started kicking Calyxe' leg gently.

Calyxe groaned again and Courtney continued kicking him.

Unti unting iminulat ni Calyxe ang kanyang mga mata.

"How did you get out?" He asked.

"We opened the door." Courtney said and smiled at him.

"Get up. Let's go." Calyxe gritted his teeth. Pinagpag niya ang dumi sa jeans niya.

Naunang naglakad si Chase at Courtney. Nasa likuran lamang nila si Calyxe. Humangin ng malakas at napayakap si Courtney sa sarili.

"Nilalamig ka?" Chase asked her.

"Naiinitan siguro." Courtney said with a sarcastic tone. Napailing si Calyxe sa kanyang nakikita.

Chase removed his jacket and laid it on Courtney's shoulders.

Calyxe rolled his eyes before letting go of a heavy sigh.

'I shouldn't have helped them talk.' -Calyxe

"Kanino ka sasabay?" Calyxe asked Courtney.

"Sayo, malamang." Nang marating nila ng parking lot ay nagtungo si Calyxe sa kotse niya.

"I'll watch you tomorrow." Chase informed Courtney. Inalis niya ang jacket at saka ibinigay kay Chase.

"Ibalik mo nalang kapag hindi ka na nilalamig." Muling isinuot ni Chase ang jacket kay Courtney.

"I'm off." Courtney said and Chase smiled. Tumalikod si Courtney at saka inayos ang suot na jacket. She opened the door and sat down.

Pinanood munang umalis ni Chase ang sasakyan ni Calyxe bago siya pumasok sa kanyang kotse. Pinaandar niya ang kanyang kotse at saka tinungo ang daan patungo sa bahay niya.
