Courtney and Crystal entered the gym to watch the game.

They went on the very first row of the bleachers. Courtney and Crystal sat down and waited for the game to start. Abala si Courtney sa kanyang cellphone habang si Crystal ay inililibot ang paningin sa paligid.

It's just seven o'clock in the morning pero naghahanda na ang lahat para sa second game ng Emmanuelle University. Maaga palang pero iba't ibang schools na ang nakaupo sa bleachers para manood.

Napatingin si Crystal sa isang lalakeng papalapit sa kanilang direksyon.

"Courtney. I'll go buy some snacks." Tumayo si Crystal.

"Yeah. Hurry up."

"Yeah." Tumango si Crystal kay Chase at saka lumabas ng gym para bumili ng pagkain.

Sunod na umupo si Chase sa katabing upuan ni Courtney. Kasabay ng pag-upo niya ay ang pag-akbay niya kay Courtney.

"Excuse me, mister. Your hands off of me." Sabi nito habang abala pa rin sa kanyang cellphone.

"Look at that. Sila na ba?"
"I don't know na may girlfriend pala yung gwapo."
"Maganda naman yung babae kaya ayos lang."
"Pero alam niyo bang apo siya ng may-ari ng University na 'to?"
"Really? She must be very lucky."

"Did you see her twin?"
"Twins?"
"Yeah. I heard that they're triplets. Isang lalake at dalawang babae."
"Do you see that man over there? He's the older brother." Itinuro ng isang vabaeng mula sa ibang school si Calyxe na naka-upo malapit sa ring.

"Oh! You researched too much!"

Chase cleared his throat and removed his hand.

"Why are you so busy with your phone?" Chase asked her and Courtney kept her phone.

She faced Chase. Tumagilid ang ulo niya nang makita niya pasa sa leeg ni Chase.

"What's that?" She asked him.

"Oh, this?" Tinakpan ni Chase ang kanyang leeg na may pasa. Kumunot ang noo ni Courtney at saka hinablot ang kamay ni Chase. Tumitig siya sa pasa nito bago napangiwi.

'I think I kicked him so hard last night.' -Courtney

"Why are you so concerned?" Nakangising tanong ni Chase at saka niya hinigpitan ang hawak sa kamay ni Courtney.

Courtney glared at him and pulled her hand.

"Oh? What happened to your neck?" Chase asked her while looking at Courtney's neck. Hinawakan niya ang magkabilang balikat nito at saka inilapit sa kanya, halos yumuko na si Courtney dahil sa ginawa niya. Pinagmasdan niya ang pasa sa leeg ni Courtney.

"Ya!" Lumayo si Courtney kay Chase at saka inayos ang buhok niya. Inilabas niya ang kanyang salamin mula sa bag niya at saka tiningnan ang buhok niya.

"Aish. My hair's a mess." She glared at Chase and started fixing her hair.

"And, Calyxe hit me last night."

"Why? Why would he hit you? You're so precious to him."

"We're just training."  Chase nodded and cupped Courtney's face.

"Hindi ka dapat masyadong nag-aayos, madaming lalake." Chase said. Siya na mismo ang nag-ayos sa buhok ni Courtney.

"I'm about to die dahil sa kilig."
"They're so sweet as fvck."
