Chris POV
I felt like a complete idiot when I told Gordie I loved him. But when he said I love you too, my heart started screaming.
I started crying, out of joy of course.
Gordie smiled at me and said "Come on, we need to fix your beautiful face up."
As we walked inside Aria was sitting on a couch waiting for Gordie. He grabbed my hand and pulled me into the bathroom. Aria didn't hear us, thank Jesus she didn't.
I smiled at him and he smiled back at me. It was obvious both of us didn't really know what just happened. It hadn't quite hit us yet.
Gordie probably took out half of the junk that was in his bathroom cabinet.
"Jesus Christ, Gordie we don't need that much stuff it's just a couple of bruises." I said.
"And your eye is swelling, and your lip is bleeding, so is your eyebrow and God knows what else is fucked up." Gordie nagged. He started to clean the blood from my eyebrow.
I rolled my eyes and said "Ok Mom."
Gordie stopped what he was doing and looked at me with an annoyed smile "Shut up I'm trying to help you."
For a few seconds the only sound was Gordie fumbling around with all the random medicines he had scattered all over the place.
I took a deep breath before asking "Are you going to break up with her?"
"I guess I'll have to think about it." He replied. I nodded and the silence started again.
As Gordie kept patching me up I couldn't help but stare. He was so gorgeous and everything he did was perfect. His hair fell perfectly in place, his eyes were a beautiful deep brown you could lose yourself in, his lips were such a cute baby pink color and you could kiss them all day. I guess I was staring for too long because he caught me.
"What are you staring at?" He laughed.
Even his laugh was perfect. Fuck.
"You, duh. You're gorgeous, how can I resist?" I said, letting my self get all flirty and honest.
A deep pink blush started covering Gordie's face, and I couldn't help but to smirk.
"Since when have you gotten so soft?" Gordie said, rubbing this strong smelling cream all over my bruises.
"Since I feel in love with you." That just made his blush darker.
"Jesus, you're so fucking sappy."
I softly laughed at his accurate comment.
"Gordon?!" Aria yelled. I rolled my eyes at her annoying voice. Gordie saw and smacked my arm.
"Coming!" He yelled back at got up. They sounded like a married couple who couldn't bare each other. "Stay here and don't do anything stupid." He said and with that he was out.
Typical LaChance.
Gordie POV
Aria was ranting to me about her stupid friends but all that was running through my mind was I love Chris Chambers. I love Chris Chambers. I love Chris Chambers. And he loves me!
"So who was at the door anyway?" She asked, breaking me away form my repetitive, but enchanting thoughts.
"Oh just a..." A perfect, amazing, clever, kind, wonderful, beautiful person. "Just a person." I lied.
I started getting a little anxious. I knew I couldn't stay with Aria and obviously I needed to be with Chris.
I bit my lip and gathers up the courage to say "Aria, I'm in love with someone else." I said that fairly quick but I could tell she understood what I said perfectly by the look on her face. She looked shocked, her jaw was hanging open. I don't know why she was so surprised. We weren't even officially dating.
As Aria was still taking everything in I saw Chris peak out from the bathroom door, trying to be quiet by covering his mouth while laughing.
"Who is she?!" Aria asked, giving me the death look. She was super pissed.
I could tell Chris had the biggest urge ever to burst out of the bathroom laughing and say Me bitch!
But I gave him an even worse death look than Aria's. He mouthed sorry to me and silently closed the bathroom door.
"Well?!" Aria said raising her voice even more.
"I can't tell you...um she doesn't want me to tell a bunch of people." I quickly lied.
Aria pouted, grabbed her stuff and left slamming the door which cued Chris to come out laughing hysterically.
"Shut up." I sassed. Chris couldn't even say anything he was laughing so hard.
I sighed, a sort of daydreamy sigh and smiled. His laugh was music to my ears to be honest. It was also nice seeing Chris laugh like this. He was happy. That made me happy.
"Ok come on crazy boy I'm not done patching you up." I said, taking his hand in mine.
He giggled as we walked to the bathroom.
After that, we spent the whole weekend together, not giving a shit about anything.
Sorry this took so fucking long, I was at camp, and Knotts, and I was super tired and my body was cramping so much I felt like I could die. But anyways thank you so much for reading, love you! ❤️
