I open the door to let the night in.
With night you come too.
It’s always been like this.

When the hustle of the day rests,
You willingly come.
Crawl into my arms to spend the night with me.

Sometimes I am afraid that you won’t need me
And you won’t come.
It’s hard to say that I need this and I need you.

We both get off on the idea of love.
We both like talking about forever.
Taking our time out to discover what we feel for each other and how we behave with each other.
_
Earth orbits around the Sun but it still feels the pull of the moon.
That’s what you do to me.
Burn me with the fury of thousand suns or move me gently, incessantly like the moon.
_
Love is an infinite feeling in itself, made up of so many tiny moments.
I write this begging to be understood because loving isn’t easy.
But it’s worth it.
With you everything is worth it.
