Drunk as drunk as we could be

Wet bodies,

Sloppy kisses,

Giggling in the dark.

In a desperate attempt to hide you push us in the dark corner of the neon lit room.

“Baby, you are so beautiful.”

I hunger for your voice.

Whispers in the dark,

Inviting me to dance,

Igniting something dark.

Rain splatters outside like the summer ached for it, satiating all its needs.

The same way I ache for what your mouth can do.

Passion as furious as corked champagne burts out in a fountain of delight.

I searched for you like stars on lonely nights.

So lie with me tonight, gentle companion.

Drunk as drunk as we could be,

feeling invincible.

Morning will be here soon about to knock us out.
