15. Camp YOLO - Day 2
"WAKE UP! WAKE UP! MARIELAA!"
I threw my pillow at the annoying loser who was trying to wake me up. I'm not a morning person at all.
Suddenly my bed dipped, and someone was shaking my shoulders.
"Go away!!" I mumbled, turning away from the guy who would not stop bothering me.
"C'mon, Mariela! We're going to be late again!"
I opened my eyes a little and glared at Drew.
"Who cares?" I groaned, slowly getting up. I quickly wrapped the sheet around my body. It was freezing cold in the cabin!
I realized at that moment that Drew was in my bunk bed again.
"Get off!" I exclaimed, trying to push Drew off the bed. Unfortunately he didn't even budge. Stupid boys and their overly strong bodies.
Drew smirked as if he were reading my thoughts. "Nahh, I'm pretty comfortable right here," he said, making himself cozy.
"Somebody might come in!" I hissed, desperately trying to shove him off the bed.
"So?" he leaned back on my headboard and let his feet dangle off the other end.
I groaned, getting up. "Fine, then scoot over and let me get out."
One side of Drew's mouth curved up in amusement. "You're leaving? I thought you really wanted to stay in bed."
"You're enjoying this, aren't you?" I said suspiciously, narrowing my eyes.
He shrugged and grinned.
I leaned in very close to him, running my hands through his hair. I felt his breath hitch in surprise.
"What are you doing?" he whispered, his eyes wide.
"Shhh," I whispered.
He closed his eyes.
I pushed him away and scrambled down the ladder. I laughed at his completely bewildered expression.
"You should see your face right now!" I chortled.
Drew narrowed his eyes at me. "You are so going to regret that," he said, jumping down from the top bunk.
"Aaahh!" I exclaimed, trying to run away. I realized what he was going to do too slowly, though, and Drew grabbed my arm before I could run away.
"Let me go!" I yelled, laughing too hard for the order to be taken seriously.
"No way," Drew growled, slinging me over his shoulder like I was a rag doll.
"DREW!" I yelled, kicking my legs over his shoulder, but still laughing hystericlly. "PUT ME DOWN!"
"No way!" Drew said, laughing, my body rocking side to side as he started walking.
"Where are you taking me?!" I shouted. He walked outside easily like I didn't weigh anything. The cold wind hit me, and I shivered.
"DREW!"
Drew tossed me from his shoulder into his arms bridal style.
I looked around to see where we were.
Oh, no.
Oh, no, no, no, no.
"NO! Drew, please! Don't drop me into the water! PLEASE!"
I looked up at him pleadingly. He smirked and tossed me into the freezing cold water.
