The next day, Ezzy woke up and they went to register for school. Venus was going to be a freshman in high school, the twins were going to be in first grade and Ezzy's entering as a junior in high school. They got registered and went shopping to get their supplies, new clothes, and anything else they needed.

"Evelyn, I'm gonna go look around. I have my own money. I'll be alright, and you can go with Venus to get what she needs," Ezzy said.

Venus just glared at her.

"Where are you going to be?" Evelyn asked.

"Hot Topic and any other place that doesn't have pink in it...clue not at Justice."

"Okay...um...how about you meet us back in the food court in, say, two hours?"

"Cool, see you then."

Ezzy left to look around and find Hot Topic first, her favorite shop. She bought a couple of shirts and a couple of blouses and some hoodies. She, then, went to other stores to fine jeans and bought about eight pairs. After that she went to Journey's and bought some Vans and went to find black low top Chucks.

The whole time she was looking at places, she got stared at by random guys. Some even tried to flirt with her, but she just ignored them. She'd probably see them in school anyway. Brunswick's a tiny place.

When she met her mother and her siblings, they ate lunch and then they went to Verizon to get Venus and Ezzy a new phone. Ezzy didn't really care what kind it was as long as it was flat and she could text. Venus was picky about hers, which took them an extra hour while she decided on her phone.

The day went by fast and before she knew it she was going to sleep.

The next day, Evelyn was at work when Ezzy just went downstairs into the living room to read a book. She was reading when the doorbell rang and she went to open it. There were a bunch of teenagers waiting and staring at her.

"Is Venus home?" asked a blonde headed boy. He said it with an ordering tone that Ezzy didn't like.

"Look here little bastard, I will be your worst nightmare. Don't ask like that. I will make you feel inferior," Ezzy said.

The boy just stared at her with daggered eyes. He tried to pull the glass door open, but Ezzy grabbed a hold of it, pulling it toward her. She didn't even have to try to keep it closed, although he was struggling...a lot.

"Open the door," he demanded.

"Not until I hear the magic words," she said. "I'll even make it easy for you, there are eight words."

They all began to stare at her, but she just glared at all of them. A few turned away, but the blonde headed boy never did. He started to fall, but kept trying harder.

"Fine, I'm sorry," he said.

"And-?"

"Would you, pl....pl....."

"C'mon you can do it."

"Please open the door."

"Isn't that much better?"

"VENUS, SOME IGNORANT IDIOTS ARE HERE FOR YOU!" Ezzy yelled.

Everyone could hear her coming downstairs. Amanda came into the room, cleaning her hands with a towel.

"Hey, guys, sorry about this intruder. She's, unfortunately, my new step-sister."

"Unfortunately for you? Please, it's more unfortunate for me to have to deal with a fifteen year old who acts like a two year old, and still wears dippers."
