10- Love Don't Die

[RHIANNON'S P.O.V]

"I don't care about that. Look... I have some news" Tamika said.

"What is it?"

"Okay, so just hear me out and I will tell you everything, okay?"

"Okay. Go."

"Well... this morning I and Cameron were talking. I told him about the letter and everything, and I don't think he knew about it. And he told me he though you found out about him breaking up with Patricia and that's why you were mad"

"Wow, he broke up with Patricia? And wait, how did you find out about the letter?"

"Your mum told me, yeah."

"Oh" wow I didn't see that coming. And Cameron broke up with Patricia? Omg.

"Yeah, and he is not lying. He didn't send that letter. You have just been set up."

"Who would do that though?" I asked curiously.

"I don't know, but you have to call Cameron. Okay?"

"Okay. Thank you, can you drive me to Shawn's?"

"Yeah sure, what about school?"

"Shawn can drive me there" I said to her. I got my phone and dialled Cameron's number. I can't believe I'm going to do this. I feel so bad for him. I can't believe I accused him for no reason, I had to call him.

The phone a few times, but he did answer. I frowned. I tried calling again. The he picked up.

"Hello?"

"Hey"

"Oh hey, I need to talk to you"

"Hey, don't worry about. I'm sorry for accusing you and avoiding you. I'm really, really sorry."

"It's ok, I deserved it anyway ha-ha"

"No, no you didn't. I should not have done that and I'm just going to say sorry"

"It is okay"

"So... are we cool, still friends?"

"Pfft of course! We can be more if you like?" he said. I can feel my cheeks go red.

"I will think about it" I told him. He chuckled.

"Okay Rhiannon, I will see you at school, where are you?"

"Just at Shawn's. He is driving me to school."

"Okay, see you then, bye"

"Bye" then I hung up.

Tamika smiled. We were at Shawn's. I waved Tamika goodbye. I ran upstairs, I didn't realise how much I missed him. I knocked on his door. He opened wide eyed looking at me.

"Rhiannon! Why haven't you been answering my calls or messages?"

"Okay, I think we need a talk." We sat down.

I told him everything from start to here. Once I mentioned to him that I and Cameron were friend's again, I saw Shawn tense.

"Who was it? Any ideas who sent that letter?" he asked.

"Well I don't know why, but I think it's Cameron's ex Patricia." I shrugged.

"Hey, I've been wanted to tell you, well show you something." He said to me.

"What is it?"

"Promise you won't run off?"

"Ha-ha I'm not scared of you Shawn, we have been best friends for years now."

"Okay, here goes nothing"

I was so shocked I couldn't move.

[CAMERON'S P.O.V]

When we got off the phone, I was so happy right now. I wanted to tell her all of my feelings. That I loved her and everything. That was when I realised that I have to tell here, now, but not over the phone but in person. When she told me she was going to Shawn's I felt so jealous. But the only thing that mattered was that I needed to tell her.

I hopped into my car and started the engine. Shawn lived where I lived so it was pretty easy and I remember it was number 9. I parked in a parking space and went inside and raced upstairs. I had so much energy in me.

I walked down the hall and saw that his door was wide open. This is it. I'm going to tell her. No backing out now. I walked over to the door and stood frozen in shock of what I saw. I stood there in the door way and saw Shawn lean in on Rhiannon and kiss her. The worst part was that she didn't stop him. She responded.

I felt my world crashing down. I was watching the girl that I actually love kiss Shawn so tenderly. I felt wrong to be here. So I left before they could see me.
