"I missed you so much buddy! You need to come home more often." The siblings broke the hug, the other five boys looking at them with small smiles. "You rarely come home now that you go to college. I mean, really? Washington D.C?" They both were heading towards the other boys. Cole's arm around Caden's shoulders, leading her.
"Georgetown was the college that I liked, so I took the chance." Caden looked at the other boys, her gaze stopped when she saw Edwin, he was looking at her too. "Always so excited to see me but then you don't even say hi? The disrespect." Edwin grinned, bringing the girl to his arms. "Blame your brother for making us come here at almost two in the morning."
Breaking the hug, Caden was now in front of the other four guys. "These are my friends, you already know Edwin." Caden nodded. "This one," he pointed towards the guy with the long blonde hair, "is Austin." Caden was never a handshake person, she loved hugs, causing her to always greet people that way.
"I don't need your brother to introduce me," the boy with glasses smirked at Cole,"my name's Brandon." Now she turned to another boy around her height, still a bit taller. "Oh! Ummm I'm Nick. Sorry I'm just kind of tired." Caden snickered, "relatable." The only boy left was the tallest one out of all, he had blonde dreads covered by a hat. "I'm Zion but call me Z."
The introductions didn't last long, all of them tried to get to the car as soon as possible so they could get some sleep. Zion was now sitting with Caden at the very back of the car. The latter was slowly falling asleep, her head bobbing up and down. Zion was still looking at the window when he noticed weight on his shoulder, turning around he hit his nose with Caden's head. She was using his shoulder as a pillow, and surprisingly, he liked it.
"How's Caden doing over there?" He heard Cole's voice. Edwin and Nick turned to see the girl, finding out that she was fast asleep. "She's doing good." Zion told him, seeing him lightly nod. Both boys gave him a look, receiving a shrug from Zion. Halfway through the ride Caden shifted, Zion putting an arm around the seat so she could move better.
Everyone was quietly humming to the music. Sometimes the three boys sitting at the back would look behind them to see how Caden was doing, if she was comfortable or awake. Zion only tried to make himself more comfortable for Caden to sleep well.
Finally, the car arrived to Cole's house. Parking the car outside, all of the boys got out. Zion put Caden's arms around him so he could carry her, he passed her to Cole so he could get out. "Are we hanging out with you and your sister tomorrow?"
"We'll go over to yours when she wakes up and gets ready." Brandon and Nick followed Cole inside with Caden's stuff. "Guys just leave it there, she'll get them tomorrow." They all walked over to their house, considering it was close.
The boys all entered their house, each going to their respective rooms. Brandon and Nick were preparing to go to bed, turning off the lights and laying down. "Well what do you think?" Brandon turned to look at Nick's bed. "About what?" Brandon face palmed. "About the weather dumbass. About Caden!" Nick sat up, thinking. He thought Caden was going to get along really well with the boys, he really wanted to get to know her more. "I barely talked to her man, I guess I'll have an opinion when we hang out." Brandon nodded, "I think she's cute."
Edwin and Zion were both on their phones, neither of them could fall asleep, and they didn't know why. Edwin sighed and put his phone down on the table. He ran his hands through his hair, tapping his foot obnoxiously. "Dude can you stop." Edwin lowered his head, supporting it with his hands. "Ed what's going on with you." Zion's head was tilted, blank expression looking at his friend.
"Do you like her?" Zion opened his mouth, as if to say something, but closed it with no sound coming out. "Like who?" Edwin was now frowning, he knew Zion was very aware of who. "Caden." Blinking constantly, Zion sat up. "What the fuck Ed? Just because she put her head on my shoulder doesn't mean that I like her, I'm just being nice." He started to whisper when he noticed he was talking too loud. "Besides, you have a girlfriend! Why would you even care? Don't tell me you are starting to like her because you guys talked a teeny tiny bit because that's complete bullshit."
