I'M SICK WITH A FEVER. I WAS NOT FEELING WELL WHILE WRITING THIS.

THAT DOESN'T MEAN THAT IT'S HORRIBLE.

"Hi dad, hi mom!" Caden said excitedly through the phone. Her parents were currently in Germany spending some time together for vacation. Cole reminded her about calling them this morning and so she did it.

"Hey honey! Where's Cole?" Caden looked behind her just to look back at the couple, "I don't know but how's Germany?"

It was one day before Caden hangs out with Zion alone. She was excited to be spending the day with someone she considered a great friend, but she was kind of nervous considering she didn't want to bring the birthday party up.

"Very beautiful, but we wish you and Cole were here with us." Her mom screamed through the computer. "Mom if you scream it doesn't change anything." Caden giggled at her mother.

"Oh shut up." She dismissed it with her hand, laughing with her daughter. Her husband joining later.

"So how's L.A? And your brothers friends'."

"I'm having a lot of fun with Cole. The boys are super cool and fun, I like spending time with them. They are amazing singers, you know?" Her parents nodded. "It's not the first time your brother called us to promote a song for his friends, 'Summer on you' was on repeat in the car ride to the airport."

"I also met their girlfriends and they are very good friends of mine now."

"Are all of them taken?" Constance asked the girl, her husband raising his brow at her. "Why do you want to know that mom?"

"To see if you can end up with one of them! I like them. That Austin guy, very funny." Caden sighed, "no mom Austin is taken, Zion is the single one."

"Oh the tall one that wears hats?" Caden nodded. "Well I like him too, I approve." Caden shook her head.

"Approve what?"

"The relationship."

"There's not a 'relationship'." Caden now was going to leave out the hanging out with Zion part tomorrow. She didn't want to add more to the fire, her mom was being annoying enough.

"Dad snap some sense into her!" Caden pointed to her mother, who couldn't stop laughing. She was enjoying this way too much.

"Oh don't listen to her, that's what I do when she gets like that," she rolled her eyes and playfully slap his arm, "but Caden, watch out for that boy, we don't know him enough. I just don't want to see you like the beginning of summer."

"Don't worry dad I'll be fine. It's not like something's going to happen anyways." She said, emphasizing the last part to her mom, who pouted.

"Don't be such a party pooper Cady."

"Yeah yeah, whatever," Caden shared a laugh with her parents, "also one of my teammates asked us if we could spend the month with her in San Francisco."

"Well do you want to go?" Her dad asked. Caden answered with a simple 'yes'. "Ok... is Cole going?"

"Him and his friends."

"Then I don't see any problems, call us when you are there though," he pointed to Caden's side of the screen, "anything else that's new?"

Caden thought about it, before coming up with the main topic that she wanted to bring up, "the camp Eva has been going to ends in a week." Constance slapped her forehead. "Oh yeah how could I forget! I talked to her mom just two days ago."
