"Caden come back here!" The boy ran up to where she was. Having longer legs made him faster than most people, and the soccer player was no match.
It was heavily raining, wherever they were. Caden kept running, tears streaming down her face, hands made into fists. She entered one of the alleys, dark as ever, trying to avoid the one following her.
"Turning corners won't solve it!" She heard the boy shout from the entry. She stood panting in the corner, trying to catch her breath. Suddenly, a hand grabbed her shoulder and pushed her out of where she was, facing the taller boy.
"Caden..." He muttered, pressing his forehead against hers. His eyes were closed, waiting for what she was about to do. But it was too late, she took too much to decide; now the boy was not Zion anymore.
"I want you back Caden, back to what we were." Jackson's pleading eyes intensely staring at her. "What the-" She never got to finish, sadly. "Shhhhhhh." He touched her lips with his finger, pressing it against them.
"What the fuck!" She pushed him out of the way, and then everything was white. No trace of the three.
She was woken up, abruptly, by her own phone ringing. "That was one fucked up dream," she whispered to herself, "this was the first time dreaming about Jackson since the breakup." She turned to her nightstand taking her phone.
"Yes?" Her voice was dry, broken almost. "Oh I'm sorry, did I wake you up?" An unknown voice asked. "Uh, yes, kind of, yes actually." Now heading down the stairs to get some water, Caden waved at her brother and Prettymuch. "Who is it?" Cole mouthed to his sister, she shrugged as a response.
"Well, again, I'm sorry," a pause, "you must be wondering who I am." Caden finished her water, "you are right." She sat in the chair rounding the counter, taking some cookies from Nick in the process. She poured some juice in her cup and took a sip.
"I'm from a modeling agency-"
"Caden the fuck!" Cole yelled with the orange juice Caden was previously drinking all over him. Zion snorted, spitting part of his cookies right in Brandon's shirt. "Dude this was new!" He stood up, following Cole into the bathroom. Edwin, Nick and Austin laughing at all of this.
