Chapter ten

Friday, 5pm, Tony opened the door of Stark mansion with open hands: "Hey Bruce! Thanks for coming this early, really couldn't do this all on my own."

"It's all good. I wouldn't leave my bestfriend without help. Especially when that bestfriend is you", Bruce grinned.

"Pfft, I mean I could've done this on my own, but it would've been a lot harder", Tony shrugged.

Bruce laughed and placed his stuff down. They started talking about the decorations, how they'd place all the foods etc. It took them almost an hour to get everything done.

"Oh I should probably give your gift now", Bruce realized.

"Yes! What is it?" Tony got really excited.

Bruce motioned Tony to wait as he got the gift.

"You've talked about wanting a new toolkit, so I got one. It has pretty much everything you'd need for", Bruce gave Tony a brand new toolkit.

"Thanks! And you even got the exact one I wanted! But this costs like a fortune?" Tony was really thankful for the gift and his bestfriend.

"You're exaggerating. Plus why not get the best to my bestfriend? Though I have to be honest, I'm expecting to be able to use it too", Bruce gave Tony a wink.

"Well duh", Tony laughed.

The doorbell rang again. Tony didn't even get to open the door fully when

"HAPPY BIRTHDAY TONY!" the whole gang yelled.

They squeezed from the door and looked around.

"Wow, I never thought you could decorate this place without the help of-" Natasha admired, cutting the sentence right before mentioning Pepper.

That name shouldn't be mentioned that night.

"Yes, now where's the food?" Thor questioned.

"At the kitchen", Tony pointed to that direction and added: "I guess I should give you a tour."

They went around the house, kitchen, bathrooms, balcony, getting back to the living room.

"The upstairs is open for you, but only bathrooms and my room. I put a sign saying 'Tony' to the door. Otherwise, can you kinda help and try to keep other people from going upstairs at all?" he ended the tour.

All of them nodded in unison.

"Shall we give our gifts now?" Pietro hurried, pulled Clint beside him continuing: "Here's our gift. It's like a little pamper kit."

Tony took the present, looked at all the things the little basket contained and then smiled.

"Thanks. This is actually really nice", he thanked.

Pietro had a big enthusiastic smile. He hummed, pulling Clint with him towards the living room. They sat on one of the big couches, sorta snuggling.

Tony looked and pointed at them: "Are they?"

"Well let's say that they're quick. Here's gift from me and Bucky", Natasha grinned.

Tony laughed when he got the bottle of vodka and chocolate bar. Sam just gave Tony a card plus bottle of beer. Well, at least it wasn't cheap beer.

Thor gave two tickets to the movies: "You can use them to any movie, but they'll expire after six months."

The gang went to the living room leaving Steve behind. Tony was gonna go as well when Steve grabbed his.

"I didn't give my gift yet", he blushed, still holding on to Tony's arm, other hand behind his back.
